The hotel is in a good location with great facilities. There is a Pizzeria on site which is excellent. The staff are very helpful. There is lots of sitting areas in lobby an on-site bar-although it’s limited in what it offers. There’s also an exercise room with just one running machine. Breakfast is ok with some choice.

The hotel is old and dated and the bedrooms need major upgrades! We had an annex room which I strongly recommend NOT booking as it’s awful! It is small and the smell of smoke from the many years of smoking in the room make it unbearable! We asked to change rooms and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel has no White wine?? None…nor in the restaurant! This seems strange in Italy! Breakfast needs to be improved. Eggs on offer were cold and cheese and meat were processed and tasteless.

The hotel is well equipped and in a nice location. Pool is very nice, clean with a lot of spaces and beds around. The staff is humble, kind and nice, inspired by the spirit of service. I have mistakenly asked to clarify the costs for extra cot in the room, and at the reception they waved this cost, to prevent misunderstandings. Role Model lady at reception.

I could not try the restaurant/pizzeria because of my short stay, which I will do in my next stay

Is a good hotel with good facilities and very nice staff. Is not luxury but everything is perfectly ok. The pool is nice and you can use it on summer.

It is not really a problem but something very tipical in Italy. The breakfast is not that good. Is not as bad as a "colazione dolce" but it is not that much different.

It is excellent location as I have family that live in San Giovanni Rotondo and seeing the new Padre Pio Church in Capuccine. Also visiting my grandparents tomb. Lovely restaurants and not to mention the pastries and ice cream were amazing. The food in the hotel was very good too. We will definitely be coming back.

Cleaning perfect and very quiet area.

The fact that pool can't be used between 1 to 3pm. We are on holidays and might only that time be good for the person to use pool. Breakfast should have more little choice such as salads ecc. Myself don't eat cheese and ham neither sausages. But it was good stay and come again.

The hotel was lovely, the only think that disappointed was the mimi fridge in our room. It really doesn't do anything in the way of keeping items cool. Was told at reception , if something is already chilled before it goes in, then it will keep it cool, otherwise no.

the breakfast was lovely evening meals were also nice. My room was gorgeous and spacious . Will be coming back in September, My room was always cleaned and also the bed was made everyday

The Breakfast was great, swimming pool and gardens were fabulous. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Easy parking.

Room was a bit small and location was up a steep winding road.

Firstly staff at hotel were fantastic!! Antonio at reception could not have been more helpful! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Restaurant was excellent! All in all a great hotel!
