Great location, esp for VF walkers. Views were outstanding. Breakfast was a generous buffet and very nice. Reception area and dining room showed off the beautiful architecture

Unfortunately there was only one power point in the bathroom and one on floor near door. So inconvenient for charging phone and meant the room could not include a kettle. Shower was tiny. But none of these were deal breakers - still enjoyed myself and wld still recommend

Stunning location looking over the Tuscan mountains, I paid a little extra to have a view, and it was definitely worth it. Nice breakfast, but you have to get there early for a wider choice. Friendly staff, spacious room and comfortable bed.

The jacuzzi bath was a little small, and the cobbled road was right underneath our room, so a little loud at times, but not completely off putting.

Great location close to restaurant and historic center. Room with safe and good Wi-Fi.Small but I don't complain because I chose single room.Efficient staff. I didn't have breakfast.

Noise - luckily the hotel was empty but you could hear people talking in the hallway and in the parking lot under the window. As the city is small, it shouldn't be disturbed at night. Temperature control didn't even work for heating or cooling. Solution was to control opening and closing window

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at while walking the Via Francigena, yet it was far from the most expensive. The historic centre of San Miniato is not very big, and this hotel is conveniently located close enough to the main square but far enough that it was very quiet at night. I loved everything about it.

The fact that they had a single room, great bathroom and comfortable bed.I paid extra for a superb breakfast with homemade cakes, tarts, pikelets. Helpful staff, one booked a taxi for me.

The TV wouldn't work. I told reception but I got the impression it was a frequent problem.

Walking distance to restaurants in town ..good kicking off spot to see Tuscan hilltop villages...easy access to highways to get back to Florence or Pisa

The hotel is just amazing... the room was large, the bed very comfortable and we really loved the style of the hotel; the staff is very nice and helpful. The location between Florence and Pisa is ideal for day trips to the hot spots in the Toscany

We loved the pool, breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly. The views were amazing and the hotel was in the perfect location.

Beautiful authentic Italian town. It’s a must on your travel list. The plunge pool was great on a hot summer day.

They could do with mattress toppers to make the bed more comfortable.
