Beautiful hotel with amazing views out to sea. Staff were incredible and absolutely made our stay. Breakfast was lovely sitting out on patio - would have loved dinner there as well but unfortunately weather did not allow. We received a room upgrade on arrival which is always a nice touch. San Remo is a lovely town and definitely worth a visit.

Rooms don’t have a bath and showers have overhead waterfall heads which means you always get your hair wet. Hand held attachment isn’t positioned so that you can use as a lower height shower. No dressing table with mirror which means you have to stand in bathroom for hair and makeup. Service in restaurant was amazing but unfortunately food was very average and quite pricey, as are drinks (€20 for an aperol spritz)

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in!!! It was a super amazing experience!!! I will never forget . The stuff is the best, it feels that they love their job and clients so much, I have no explanation how they do it. All other hotels should learn from them. Every single person there is super friendly and professional and makes you feel a king. Complimenti!!!! The hotel, the garden and swimming pool with sea water are the best!!! They cared about my dog so much. Mauro , the waiter at the bar super thank you for the best service and for the pianist playing happy birthday for me. I would write kilometers of beautiful words and moments of you all;))My respect and admiration to all of you❤️. I'll be back;)

There is a lot of great things to comment. The top is the SPA area and specifically the staff in the SPA. Very friendly, service oriented and professional. The Building itself is fantastic. Last but not least the front desk staff and the consigner staff is really friendly and professional. Can highly recommend to stay at this hotel :-)

The only part that could be improved is the restaurant. The food is ok but you expect more specially in Italy and in a 5 star hotel. The staff, with one exception was confused and did not live up to the expectations. We had one dinner at the hotel and then just went out dining to cheaper and much better food and service in the city centre, lots of choices to pick.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky to get upgraded to a queen suite during our stay.

The drinks and food were v v expensive, so unfortunately we didn’t eat there but have heard the food was delicious. We did have breakfast included and there was a good range on offer and gain the staff were wonderful and the food delicious.

The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. If you like marble and columns old fashioned luxury and to be cossetted - then this is the place for you...

Amazing Hotel. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. The pool is sea water and so relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Short walk into town a bit hilly on the way back but doable for us oldies. The room we booked had 2 bathrooms a small balcony and a sofa lounge area. Special mention to Mauro at the bar. Remembered our name after the first night and our drinks. Great service. Will return.

Nothing to fault at all.

The staff at the front desk is amazing: friendly, hospitality, ready to help in any, looking impossible, cases! Breakfast is on "Level", but I ordered fried eggs three times and got only once. And it was not quick. Maybe it's not "usual request" for hotel's kitchen. :) Location of the Hotel is very nice. Just 10 minutes pleasant walk to the pedestrian zone of the city. It's spectacular view to the sea from rooms accordingly situated.

Something wrong with beach service from my point of view. I understand the hotel does not have own beach. But LHW hotel could be to organize beach access more convenient to the guests. Now guests must to book sunbeds and umbrellas from 8am. And very often at 9am you do not have a chance to do it. The quantity of places at the beach is limited.

Pool and lounge

We stayed here during our honeymoon and we were very pleased. The superior room we had was spacious, clean, well equipped and the staff was there to make our stay wonderful. We had cocktails at the pool bar, two dinners and breakfast and the food and beverages were definitely a very distinctive and delicious experience. This hotel is admittedly a luxurious experience although some adjustments could have been made to make our stay even more pleasant. Such as a bathroom with daylight, it would be nice if the zebra crossing would be closer to the entrance to the hotel to get to the sea more comfortably, and a full length mirror when the guest is getting dressed for dinner. Overall we can recommend this beautiful place.

Everything was brilliant! The atmosphere, which you can't create artificially. Just amazing! It takes so many years to have this historical 'Belle Epoque' feeling, you can't build it from scratch. This is the first time in my traveling experience that an already used interior is actually a great added value, not the opposite. Being there you got the feeling which is hard to describe and impossible to pass through pictures. You literally feel as if in a time machine I returned to the 40-50 years past in a really positive meaning.

Even though I'm usually very picky, this time I can't find anything.
