Perfect location, the host was simply perfect even if she was busy most of the time but we didn't need to ask anything as the apartments were fully equipped. On arrival she explained how everything worked and showed us everything. Dorota has a pizzeria just in front of those apartments that serves great quality pizzas with cheap prices. Everything went smooth, she will surely see me again next year! Grazie di tutto Dorota!

Very comfortable, big space and very clean. The pool and the garden were great!! We enjoyed them a lot!

There are no blinds so there was a lot of sunlight early in the morning.

Location is amazing, close to Etna and the Alcantara. Very friendly owner, you immediately feel at home. Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and free parking. Everything has been decorated in detail, it looks very nice. It has been our pleasure to be there, we had a great time. Definitely recommend!

Territory of stay is wonderful, nice house and apartment in it. Apartment has personal entrance from street.

Great location for early departure to Etna.

Good location for an early visit to Etna and get away soon. Easy parking. Swimming pool looked good although we didn´t enjoy it Good wifi.

Very noisy room, room besides road, impossible to sleep without ear-plugs. Difficulties for check-in, we arrived during the time allowed but nobody there, we waited few minutes and one person simple gave us the key and told us the room. Some furniture (old trunk) smelled rotten, clean was ok although not very extensive, no bags at bins.

Location is quite central and it had free parking.

The lady in charge was a very arrogant lady. We had a problem with the kit of towels that were given to us in the room (no big towels) and after asking for them, we spent more then an hour waiting for her to rectify this mistake, to the extent that she didn't believe us. After accepting the mistake and one of her staff gave us the towels, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that was caused to us, she shouted at us, offending us that we were wasting her time. This was one of the problems that we had in the room. I feel bad mentioning more things as I was feeling too picky, which probably wasn't. Now I know why we were the only residents.
