Staff were wonderful and Erika at the reception was my favourite. Super friendly and always uplifting. Rooms, hallways and the entire hotel was very clean. View was outstanding. Food was good. It was our honeymoon after 4 years and finally got to go. As it was our anniversary too we came back to our room to a surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Lastly, the free shuttle bus was very handy and the driver was so accommodating and very genuine and friendly.

Hand soap and shower shampoo wasn’t replaces when it ran out. We had our own but had to use the shower gell to wash hands. The pillows were too hard and thin. Very noisy in the early mornings, with most noise coming from hallway.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle bus driver! The pool area was gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers (some more shaded than others) and reasonable prices in the bar. The pool toilets were always clean. The room was cleaned every day.

The mini bar/fridge in our room was old and didn't look clean due to cracks so we did not want to use it. The food (breakfast & lunch) was ok but not great. Between 2.30pm and 7.30pm it is not possible to get any food (aside from crisps) which is disappointing, especially as the shuttle bus doesn't run during this time.

It's an amazing property with fantastic views of Sorrento, Mt Vesuvius and the coast. They gave us a nicer room with a spectacular view. Very clean property and the pool is amazing! Definitely a great place for couples in particular but also families. The food was great for both lunch and dinner and breakfast was a decent mix of fruits, pastries, meats, eggs etc. The staff were all helpful and kind.The free shuttle bus to and from Sorrento was very handy as taxis can be quite expensive. Would definitely stay there again!

Rooms near the elevator are a bit noisy and they could have 1 or 2 more sockets near the beds.

The views are stunning and staff very attentive, we enjoyed 98% of everything about the hotel and would recommend and return, only a couple of little niggles but nothing that would put you off. Very enjoyable stay, lovely pool, enough sunbeds, good selection of drinks, clean rooms and 24hr reception.

The only couple of niggles are to have more of a snack bar at lunchtime that sells toasties, fruit, sandwiches or chocolate/cakes etc instead of having to sit down for dinner (food in the restaurant was amazing but a little expensive). A couple more runs on the shuttle bus in the evening.

The hotel location is just amazing. Views from the room, around pool are breathtaking. The pool itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant is wonderful with delish food and really great staff. There is a a shuttle that goes to the city as the hotel is about 20 min away what is very convenient.

The room is pretty small and the pillows are definitely not comfortable. It can get loud as well on the hallway specially if the room is located by the elevator or stairs. Wish the doors were more soundproof. I also wish the pool was open for longer then just till 7pm. We love to lounge by the pool and 7 is little not too early.

An absolutely magnificent hotel, the rooms were small but beautifully situated, the front desk staff are amazing and very helpful, the pool are is awesome and the views are incredible, the cleaning staff we’re very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel is well situated and easy to get anywhere on the Amalfi coast, my family loved it and we had an amazing vacation, a special Thank you for Ornella at the front desk for helping making us so welcomed. We can not wait to revisit on our next trip to Italy

Everything! The communication and assistance from the reception team from the original booking through to the day of departure was the best I have experienced on European travels. With travelling with 2 Grandmas in tow, and only being in Sorrento for 3 nights, everything had to be perfectly organised. I could not have done this without the help of the reception team, they organised the twin bed in one of the 3 rooms, airport transfers (both ways), 2 excursions which included transport from and to the hotel, booking restaurants in the centre of town, and so much more. The hotel was beautiful, the views spectacular from the rooms, dining room and pool. Everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast fresh and continuously replenished. The hotel dining experience, excellent, great service and food. The continuity throughout was exceptional.

There really wasn't anything to grumble about, perhaps fresh Italian coffee at breakfast, rather than the machines, and mattress toppers on the bed (I like a soft mattress, but not complaining). The hotel is around 20 minutes drive from the centre of Sorrento, but the hotel offers a great shuttle service which runs several times a day. If you can't make these there is a bus stop near the entrance to the hotel and there are taxis, but they are 60Euros each way!!

peaceful location on the outskirts of Saint Agata and about 20mins drive outside Sorrento. Good size room and lovely pool area to relax around. The shuttle bus was a godsend.

The breakfast was good but not great. The pool restaurant was great, just annoying that it only served food at lunch time. After 2pm until dinner all you could get was crisps and ice cream. We left late in the day to return to the UK and had access to the pool until we had to leave. it was annoying that we couldn’t shower when we changed to head home after a day round the pool. Once you’ve checked out there are no wash/shower facilities.

This property is set high up on the mountain with an amazing view of Sorrento and the bay. One can even see the lights of Naples across the water. Rooms were a good size and clean. We had rooms with wonderful views which created a calming effect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is outstanding and we had some of our best meals at the hotel. Two people in our family were gluten free and the restaurant were knowledgeable.

The property was high up on the hill so we had to rely on the shuttle to get into Sorrento but we arranged our plans accordingly.

The property is located outside of Sorrento town which suited us as was the end our trip in Italy and wanted a relaxing couple of days. The views of the bay is amazing and the pool is lovely. All staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Food served for lunch was lovely and a good variety offered. Would definitely return again and recommend for those seeking a calmer, relaxing time in Sorrento.

There was a wedding on one night during our stay (which was lovely) but the music was far too loud for the rooms as rooms were not soundproofed for the event. We would have preferred if the hotel had notified us of the wedding so that we could have stayed in town a little longer. The food in the restaurant in the evening was amazing but was a little too expensive for us. The shuttle bus to Sorrento and back was brilliant however there is a gap between 12.30 and 4.30 where no bus runs, we would have preferred the option during this period.
