We had the most incredible stay here. We were in the largest apartment with a dining area and two bedrooms with an outside terrace. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The pool and view were stunning. The shuttle bus very convenient. My favourite part was the hotel recommendations for dinner - a car from the restaurant would pick us up from the hotel and drive us to their farm where we had amazing food - and then drive us back to hotel afterwards. We wish we could’ve stayed for longer. We will definitely return to this hotel, it was a dream thank you so much.

Le Terrazze was perfect for us as a family of three. The room was ideal with a second bedroom on the mezzanine level, a kitchen in the room and close proximity to all amenities. The apartment was large enough to reax in after a big day out and about and had a great outdoor area overlooking the pool. The pool area is well maintained and quite private. Being located out of town made it a quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day. Transport needs are completed by a free shuttle into Sorrento every hour. It is a short walk (10 mins) to the closest village for basic shopping and supplies. The inhouse coffees and croissants were welcome every morning. We did not try the restaurant but heard good comments from others that were staying there about the quality and prices of the food.

The hotel was lovely, gorgeous views, extremely nice and accommodating staff, free shuttle into town, free parking. The rooms are large and comfy, patios overlooking the sea and Sorrento, AC, not luxurious but just what we wanted!

Bathroom was small and dark but the shower was very nice. No food other than a light breakfast so be prepared to go into town for meals.

Gorgeous view from our room and the pool. The shuttle was very regular and on time which was important for us. It allowed us to experience Amalfi coast the way we wanted to.

Some of the fixtures (shower, sink, hairdryer etc.) were very outdated. But the staff was exceptional and it made up for it (in our opinion).

The shuttle was very convenient, and played a large part in why we chose to stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely nice from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the guy who serves breakfast! As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted outside with umbrellas (since it was raining) and the receptionist Geovani helped carry all bags inside.

Although the shuttle is very convenient, the large break between 11:45am and 4:15pm, was a bit awkward in length and made planning the day a bit difficult.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were amazing. From the day we arrived to the very last day. They upgraded us without us having to ask. Then we had family coming for a day and we asked if it was ok for them to use the pool and also for parking. They said of course it is there was not a problem. Honestly if you are interested in booking this place don’t hesitate. We actually stayed there 11 years ago me not realizing when I booked. When we got there my husband said we have been here before. I said I don’t think so. Then he showed me photos from 11years ago and the exact same. They were very kind and hospitable then and they were amazing this time also. We would not hesitate to book there again.

There was nothing we did not like about the property

We loved the view from our balcony in the room. The balcony was small but it was all that we needed. Breakfast left something to be desired. It was basic croissants, breads and jams. If you want a full breakfast, this hotel does not offer that. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit small for 3 people but it met our needs. The shuttle into town was a great bonus. I am not sure how we would have gotten around without it. It was timely and comfortable. We also loved the waterbeds by the pool. What a great and unique touch.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options. It also would have been nice to have a comfortable chair for sitting on in the room. With that being said, there was nowhere to put it.

Stunning views and a super comfortable stay for families to enjoy Sorrento. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The pool is just what you need in the unrelenting Italian summer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A huge bonus to staying here is the free laundry service. Breakfast was nice.

The free shuttle service to and from town is included in your stay but just be aware to plan your day around getting in and out of town. There is a period from around 12pm-3pm when the shuttle bus doesn’t run and if you want to get back during that time it’s a £50-60 cab ride.

The hotel was cosy and clean, but most importantly the staff was amazing! Giovanni was extremely helpful and was able to offer us recommendations & advice on what to eat and do. The hotel also offers a free laundry service which is great. The location is perfect, 15 mins away from Sorrento town centre. We parked our car at the hotel and took the free shuttle bus (which stops right outside the reception area) to the centre and back which was extremely convenient and cost saving! they were also hospitable and offered free coffee in the morning to guests. we also absolutely loved the view at the reception area especially for sunset! the restaurant next door also offers a decent 3 course meal for only €23. overall, an extremely pleasant stay that’s super value for money!! highly recommend!!!

The staff were simply amazing. The views were stunning. The view was the main thing for me as we spent more our time in sorrento anyway, but yes simply stunning!
