Everything was perfect, we booked the suite "Rosé". Because of parking a car: next to the hotel is public parking area you have to pay for. But when you are in front of the hotel, you can see a supermarket "MD" and tool market. Behind this tool market are some free parking slots to find, they don´t belong to the tool market, marked with white stripes = free of charge.

Fantastic rooms, well equipped but would need an iron and board for travellers. Good location, very modern, contemporary interior, train station restoration is excellent. Amazing cafe next door ‘Boheme’. Cleaning lady was amazing, helpful and kind.

Accommodation was great, we ate in the restaurant, beautiful interior, great menu, location and setting stunning but the staff in the restaurant were abrupt, unfriendly and had no time for people who were not Italian or came from the area. I’m not sure if accommodation and restaurant are linked but I would say we were disappointed by the staff in the restaurant. Never asked if we were ok or needed something. We had to go up to the bar to ask for more drinks as staff never came near our table.

The self check-in system allows flexibility for the travel itinerary. The building was a historic train deposit station, interestingly transformed to b&b. The room was really spacious and clean. Parking available at the nearby shopping centre, recommend travel light or unload from car the basic necessities. We also enjoyed the dinner at their bistrot, the waitress was super friendly, the risotto and the Franciacorta sparkling wine are all delicious. After dinner, a nice evening walk around Paratico and Sarnico (connected by the bridge) along the river.

It was a very warm day when we checked in and the air condition was too complicated to adjust( or just wouldn’t work?). A table fan was provided though. We kept the window opened during the night, the noises outside the building could be heard and there were mosquitos despite the mosquito net. For light sleeper it could be a problem.

the room itself was very clean, the wifi was great and the air conditioning was a life saver in the hot weather. the room had a mini fridge and was very spacious. check in was easy. the bistro was a lovely location for evening drinks and nibbles. the location was perfect to explore the local area - walking distance from the town itself. very comfortable bed, large tv and spacious bathroom. we will be booking to stay again soon.

there was nothing we did not like about the stay.

Some pillows in the lounge area outside next to the entrance would be nice to relax when you come back.

Nice building and good sized, clean room. Just a few minutes walk to the lake and restaurants. Also a supermarket about 100m away. Good parking options. Check-in worked great via whatsapp with the host Emilio, who was nice and helpful.

The shower wasn't very good, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The place looks great with very comfortable rooms. there is a restaurant downstairs that looks cute and with good food. The nice plus is that you get some tokens to go for a small breakfast in near by places and there is free parking right next to the accommodations.

The place is charming, in a great location, close to major places of Paratico and Sarnico. The host was very helpful and accomodating to our arrival and departure time and storing of the luggage. The rooms/appartments were very nice, clean, comfortable to be in. The food served in the BISTRO at the hotel was also fantastic, as well as all the drinks served. I would highly recomend that place and for sure will come back again!!!

Beautiful accommodation, very friendly staff and only a couple of minutes walk to the water front.

Perfect for us, it is not ideal for limited mobility due to the stairs.

very nice spacious rooms, soft beds, very nicely heated (important in rainy November!!) The owner was very helpful.

would be nice to have some glasses/places/cutlery in the rooms, as well as more chairs than one - quite impossibly to have a normal meal without those..
