Make the foosball and ping pong table free. Come on guys! There is a feeling that everything extra should be paid for. Not a pleasant feeling. I would have rather the room is 20 euros more expensive, but the ping pong and foosball are free. Same for breakfast. Just make the room more expensive and include breakfast. Even if higher initial cost, one would pay it and hurt once and enjoy the rest of the stay without thinking of financials, rather than being reminded every single time.

Wow what a beautiful location. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. It was so peaceful to sit and take in the surrounding area. The staff were the best. They helped us order food from a local restaurant and have it delivered. The breakfast was perfect. It was nice to watch the ducks and fish in the lake while enjoying my cappuccino.

A lovely relaxing stay in the countryside. Lake pool was amazing and it was so nice being surrounded by nature.

Bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast and use of games on site could be included in price.

It's far away from city . Would be best for travel by car or know well about the local bus timing (which is very rare)

Beautiful property in a location which is 20 mins from Florence. If you want to cover the Tuscany area, Florence & Pisa this is a good spot to make as base

The resort is beautiful with the landscapes and surrounding. Facilities like jacuzzi, swimming pool are provided. Staff is welcoming and polite.

Very nice host, calm location in the woods (if you like it !). Simple appartment to relax near the nature and very close to Firenze (30 min by car). Good spot to explore the region. We liked the coffee and breakfast served directly in the bar at the location.

The bed mattress could be more comfortable.
