Excellent breakfast which was included in the cost. Easy walk to catch the tram into the city. Easy to get tickets for the tram at each stop. The reception staff member was very helpful and the bar staff were friendly and helpful

Did have problems with mosquitos at night which meant we had to keep the window shut and use repellant don't know if it was just the weather at the time. Didn't like that we had to pay a city tax of 6 euros each person per day when were were leaving. Why can't it be paid when you are booking the hotel so you know exactly what the cost is.

It was a perfect and enjoyable stay in the heart of Florence. When I say the heart I mean the area where modern Florentine people live. We had a chance not only to enjoy the historical architecture of the city but also to see how people live today. The tram T1 is pretty cheap and take you to city centre in 15 min The Hotel's staff met us with the greatest welcome and warmth. The room was spacious, clean; beds were comfortable. We had cleaning every day and fresh towels were provided along with toiletries. Breakfast was included. It was like a dream: fresh artisan coffee, pastries, cold cuts and fruit selection. The bar is open all day as well as the restaurant where the professional chief serves artisan fresh fish and meat. Definitely worth trying! Especially because there are no tourists and only Italian families around having dinner or celebrating special occasions. Highly recommended

the hotel was close the city centre . The Hotel rooms were beautiful and clean.

When we came to check out from the hotel,the city tax marked on your website was 90 euro total but the hotel requested us to pay 120 euros. The hotel management explained to us that the price have changed from 1st April . This was disappointing for us because on your website the city tax was different from the actual price.

Great location - just 3 minutes walk from the fast tram No 1 and a big lidl. Good breakfast with a big choice of tea and coffee. Small hotel with friendly staff. Some rooms with balconies. Air conditioning. There is a Cafe and a restaurant with delicious pasta and seafood on the ground floor. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels.

Room was tidy, clean and it had the essentials. Staff who worked in the food area were friendly. It's close to tram station where you can also find restaurants and other shops.

Need to pay 6 euro per day per person for something called "the tourists tax". Breakfast was pretty basic and some of them didn't seem fresh enough.

The location was great, just 8-9 minutes far from the Santa Maria Novella main railway station. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and there for every need of mine.

A mini fridge in my room was missing. Just as a suggestion for the hotel. Iced water and beverages helps a lot during the hot summer days

The chocolate croissant and the cappuccino!! Very quiet at night we had a very good sleep, the personnel very helpful and polite. Very good air conditioning absolutely necessary for the heavy summer in Florence! Close to tram station easy to get at the center and the central station.

Access to Firenze center by tramway available close to the hotel. Rooms are large, but the hotel and its equipment is old. The staff is sympathetic and speaks french. Breakfast is available in a too small room that is sometimes full. Parking is proposed for 10€/d

Hotel very well located, it is easy to reach the city center with the public transport. The stuff was really friendly and they also went over our expectation with providing a bottle of spumante in our bedroom for the birthday of my partner

The personnel was great from arrival to departure. They truly went the extra mile to be of help. Close to the tramway to the station.

Breakfast was good but lacked variety. No toaster, but sliced bread that would have been great if toasted.
