Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great choice for a short stop-over and easy to get into the centre of Florence using public transport (which was fairly cheap).

Slightly difficult to find if you don't know the area, (and your SatNav is playing up as ours was), as it's slightly hidden from the road unless you are driving very slowly. Could do with better signage out front but a nice place to stay once you find it.

By car it was easy to approach. I supposed to book a twin bed using the booking.com surface in the Wizz applicartion but the hotel was not aware of that and they had no such a room. Either i made a mistake or since the booking.com surface in the Wizz application a bit different this reqest may have not been processed properly. Since i cannot check the same surface where i booked only the summary i cannot claim with certainity where/how the mistake happened. But the hiotel staff did everything to sort it out somehow even if they did not have that kind of room available then. I appreciated their efforts! Guests get a helpful information how to get into the city.

The tram station is approx. a km away. As i saw in the evening hours (better to ask for in the hotel) the parking is free around there. For those who are with cars might be a good idea to go until the station by car to make it shorter.

- The staff was very good. We were greeted by Matero (I hope the spelling is right). He is very helpful and friendly and provided all the required information to us. - There are restaurants and super market nearby, so it helped us during our stay. - The only downside is the location i think, is it 20 min out to the central tram location and bus station. - Apart from that I think it is a good hotel and we had good experience and nothing to complain

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. The room was clean and nice. Wifi worked great. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel and we could see our car from balcony. With public transport we were in the city center in less than 45 min. There was mosquito repelent plug-in in the room, which was great. We slept well. The hotel was quite and the mattresses were excellent. Breakfast did not enchant us, but it was enough. Good coffee.

The room was really comfortable, and staff were super friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the tram and 20 minute tram ride into the city, all doable with a 5 month old!

Could have done with tea/coffee facilities in the room and the lift was rather small, was a struggle to fit a pushchair and person in there.

Small problem in the room was taken care of prompty and efficiently. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, breakfast good. In the evening drinks available from the bar, also to take to the room. Not too far from Palazzo Wany (can be walked). Good connection with Firenze city, including 10 min walk to Scandicci centre

Very polite staff, there is a bus station 30 meters away. You can reach the historical center by changing a bus and a tram ( 20 minutes ).

From my point of view the price was a little bit too high compared to what the hotel offers. The room was very small, not enough space around the bed. The sound proofing level was extremely poor, I could hear all the cars, scooters and especially the conversations from the room next door, every single word.

Irene was amazing! She was so helpful from the very beginning by getting us an extra room when I reserved a space that was too small for my group, to getting us into Florence, to helping us get a taxi and everything in between. Breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, all of the staff was friendly.

We had one room that was amazing, but the second was definitely smaller and not as nice; which makes me see the varied reviews. It was still fine for the price.

We felt that the advertising was misleading as Hotel Perlage is in Scandicci and not Florence as stated in all their literature. As a result, it cost us a lot in time and transport fees.

We loved the phenomenal hospitality and professionalism that were provided by Matteo and Rumen. They were a true pleasure. This hotel was great to stay at. We highly recommend staying here
