Massimo and Ada made this place so welcoming. We arrived later than expected however Massimo was super friendly and patient. We were lucky to get a room with an amazing ceiling mural. The facility was located conveniently in the city center with many great food and shopping options.

Due to its location, there are challenges for a taxi to get to the property so pack light. We arrived in Siena from the train station and it was took roughly 30 minutes to catch a taxi so if possible, make arrangements for a driver.

We quickly realized that 1 day was not nearly enough time to enjoy this property. The room was exceptional, the history of the building was mesmerizing, and our host, Ada, was amazing. She genuinely cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible, and is without a doubt the best host that we have ever encountered. The owner, if you are lucky enough to meet him, is the epitome of a proud Siennese citizen- friendly and charming. We will return someday!

Beyond the fact that the room itself was beautiful, clean, chic and comfortable, the staff is really what set the experience apart. They were exceptionally warm, gracious and helpful and were truly a highlight of my short stay, making me regret I hadn't stayed longer. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and to ensure I enjoyed my time in Siena, beyond my time spent at their property. It was a beautiful stay, I highly recommend this place!

Location couldn’t have been more central. You are right in the heart of Siena, no more than a stones throw away from the top attractions. The hotel is decorated so beautifully and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. A special shout out to the staff, in particular Ada, who was the most incredible host - she went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable and we will always be grateful! Highly recommend

the location could not be better. not a hundred yards from il Campo and the Cathedral is just behind it a very short walk. Ada who checked us in and took care of us was fantastic. she made reservations for us gave us an umbrella when we needed one and was just fantastic!!

Stairs with no elevator but other wise nothing but great things to say!!

Great location - in the very heart of Siena, Duomo just around the corner! Beautiful modern rooms with the restored frescos on the walls. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly host - recommended best sightseeing options, also restaurants with typical Tuscany cuisine. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

The building, room and location are beautiful but it was Massimo’s welcome and hospitality that was outstanding! We couldn’t have dreamt or wished for a better welcome- we were very late getting in and Massimo welcomed us with open arms, walked us to a fabulous restaurant to ensure we got in before the last sitting. We were only a night in Siena but will be back again, and will stay no where else but here! Will be recommending to everyone that will listen!

Absolutely nothing!

Wonderful BnB in the heart of Siena, perfect walking distances to all main tourist spots in the city. The owner of the BnB helped us with all needs to reach the city, and once there made sure our stay was perfect, giving us recommendations on what to visit and where to dine.

The location was perfect to see all the important sites and experience the city of Siena. The residence was spotless and for those who appreciate the history of the region, the ability to stay in such a historic and beautiful location is a privilege.

Both of our hosts were absolutely amazing! They greeted us at arrival, helped with our bags and even called a taxi for us at the end of the trip. They truly cared about our experience in Siena and went out of their way to make sure we knew where to go for dinner & what to see! The room is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!
