Stairs up 4 flights the only drawback

The room felt definitely luxurious and comfortable. What an exceptional bathroom ! Great storage in the bathroom with plenty of room and the steam shower was amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! We were well looked after at breakfast by our hosts and via the daily servicing of our room.

If there was a negative it would be that there is no lift making it difficult with luggage, but also access to the proprerty in general.

The location was perfect and the view with the 360 degree windows is simply incredible! Comfortable bed, and easy instructions for entering home. Staff was available to answer questions.

The only drawback was having to climb 6 stories with our luggage. So only twice was it very cumbersome … but the views and room was worth it. Would be nice to have a smart tv to stream Netflix at night.

Fantastic room right in the heart of Siena, meters from great restaurants and bars Flavia was a fantastic host.

Nothing. Yes there are stairs to get to the rooms (89 to be precise), but the trade off there it the sensational views from the room. yes is can be noisy on the streets below, but that’s because the best restaurants and bars are in the streets around the room.

Flavia was an excellent host, and her B&B is located just a block off of the Piazza del Campo in a building built in the 16th century. Our room and the common dining room were both immaculate and very nicely decorated. We stayed in the unit on the top floor with a 360-degree view which was impressive and well worth the extra charge. The bathroom was large and very nice with even a sauna but was down a flight of stairs from the bedroom. We highly recommend this B&B if visiting Siena.

I'm am being completely honest when I say this is one of the top 3 most spectacular rooms I have EVER stayed in. If you can handle getting your luggage up the 6 flights of stairs, and the additional 2 short flights to the top, you'll be rewarded with a view unlike any other in Siena. 360 degrees over the old city and the AMAZING Tuscan countryside. The place is divided into two floors; the entry landing with the large bathroom and the top floor which is the bedroom. Solid glass on all 4 walls. Curtains if you want to sleep in. The room took my breath away when I first walked in because it was so amazing. Extremely comfortable bed with the ancient beamed ceiling over your head. Breakfast was excellent and made to order in the very pretty common room downstairs. The bathroom is luxurious and even has a sauna, which I didn't have time to use. The little family-owned restaurant downstairs on the small piazza is VERY good and convenient. I think it's closed on Mondays. Seriously...don't hesitate to stay in this amazing place. If I'm even in Siena again I'll stay here for sure. I can't imagine a lovelier room.

Just the stairs - but a small price to pay for absolute, jaw-dropping views.

Nothing - however it is 6 flights up with no lift - so be prepared. We didn’t try to take all our luggage up and just put what we needed in one smaller case.

The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was very good and we had a comfortable stay.

The property was in good condition but showing some need for a refresh. There is four floors of stairs that were not a problem for us, but could be challenging to other.

The Nobile Room on the very top is AMAZING with 360 degree view over the entire city/landscape

View is for sure the best in Siena. Location is unbelievable, just one minut walking from the city center..the whole building smells so nice and the lounge of the property I can’t even explain how it smells and how it’s clean..also owner is so nice and friendly..101 stars for this place
