Everything in this little B&B (3 rooms) is made with love and style. You feel welcomed and relaxed from the first minute. Gabriele is the perfect host, unintrusivley he is there if you need him and dont miss one breakfast. We had our best ever blueberry pancake and many more surprises . It is only a 5 min walk to the lake and the bus stop is in 5 min distance as well. It is the perfect place.

We had an exceptional stay at the H2o! Gabrielle and Laura are fantastic and very welcoming hosts. The facilities are spotlessly clean, the room was very spacious for our family and the breakfast was excellent with a suprise every day, Gabrielle is a fantastic chef 😀 Location is very convenient close to almost everything. We needed some help during our stay late night and they were there to help. I cant thank them enough ♥️♥️♥️

what an absolutely amazing little place this was. Gabriele & Lauren were so lovely & friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. The place was immaculate & so well looked after. We liked it so much we stayed for another night. Great location too for Sirmione which is a lovely little town. we have stayed in various hotels whilst on our road trip & this was by far the best and the price was brilliant too. We would definitely recommend this lovely little B&B to anyone & we would 100% return again if we ever came back to Italy. 10/10. Thank you so much for making our stay with you so enjoyable.

Everything was great. Hosts were very helpful and they would do their best to guide you through any questions you might have. Location is in quiet neighbourhood, so also suitable for families having small kids. The restaurants and shops are closeby 5 mins walk. Rooms and linens were clean. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

H2o exceeded my expectations. Easy self check in (we arrived at midnight). Room (Deluxe Quadruple Room) - exceptionally clean , well equipped and functional. Breakfast - perfect! There is a very nice common dining room with kitchen and buffet. Additionally the host served delicious omelette (or scrambled eggs if you prefer). Staff - very kind and helpful.

The room is very comfy, with cozy and tasteful furnishings as well as a balcony with a view. Highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Unforgettably tasty bruschetti, panini, and scrambled eggs, as well as amazing coffee.

We have enjoyed our stay at the H2O B&B. First we have to mention the warm welcome from Laura & Gabriele. Such nice and kind Hosts. Always a smile and always helpful with any question or planing the day. This you also find in the Breakfeast they prepair for you. Not just a Buffet. We did always get fresh sliced fruit and a special great from the Kitchen. Also every morning there was a cake backed by Laura. It was great to see that the buffet was not stuffed full with everything. Laura & Gabriele asked and prepared things like cheese, egg or cold cuts for every guest individual. So that there was no waste of Food. Also the Room has a nice size and was always clean. The Location of The B&B was nearly perfect. just a view minutes away from the Lakes and a lot of good Retaurants. It was also easy to get with the bus to the old town of Sirmione. Here Laura helped out with having bus cards for just 1€ ready for the quests. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away from the B&B. We will come back to this nice place and this two special Persons Thank you Laura and Gabriele

Everything was perfect. Very good location. Beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. The owners are so kind, and they really put their heart and soul into making every guest feel welcome and special.

An absolute gem of a bnb. One of the most amazing hosts who goes above and beyond, especially for breakfast! A stunning, modern, spacious and clean bnb. They don’t come any nicer than this!

Absolutely nothing.

One of the best stays ever, never that I received such a hospitality and care from the host. I am yet to find a single flaw of this B&B. We felt like in a 5 star hotel with freshly made breakfast which was absolutely mouth watering and thoughtful. I do not only recommend this place but suggest if you want an absolutely amazings stay in Sirmione.
