Good car parking available on site. Large clean pool plenty of sunbeds. Fantastic bar and food options at all hours even when we were leaving too early for breakfast they offered take away breakfast and coffee. I accepted the coffee it was 430am! Very friendly staff. Bikes you could hire. Bigger lift than many hotels. Balcony from our room was shared (enormous) but had separated seating areas with screening plants. Very clean triple room with double and single for 11 year old. Plenty of space. Lovely stay. Brilliant location for local pedalo beach. Restaurant opposite was also brilliant Nonna something. Bus shuttle stop directly outside which ran every 20 mins into the historic centre. Our free bikes for 3 hours from hotel. Lovely breakfast. We were there 3 days and still didn't manage to see everything. When we return we would stay here again. Also left a toy behind and they're shipping it for us. Amazing service and kindness, smiles from everyone.

Comfortable beds, room with a lake view, plentiful breakfast although coffee could have been better. Clean.Very pleasant staff. Bikes free of charge.Easy access to and from Sirmione with a car.

We were unfortunate to have heavy smokers in the room next to us so sitting on the balcony was unbearable when they were sat out smoking. Unfortunately smoke drifts in the air and is not contained to the person smoking😕Would be better if the rooms were divided to keep smokers/non smokers separated. The rules of the pool are rather strict and caters more to adults than families with children, so would choose elsewhere if you have kids who like to have fun in the pool.

Thanks for a super experience. The room with a view of Lake Garda and the fine finish was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The guys at the bar made such good mojitos. Breakfast is in a class of its own, not what we are used to in Italy, so very good. The bikes that we were allowed to borrow for free to cycle the 2 kilometers to the old town were great. Free parking for the car also good. So we are only positive and will be happy to come back if we are in Sirmione again.

The hump that you had to drive over to drive down into the garage, our car was too low and caught the undercarriage. We have a Tesla S.

Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice. Hotel sited in a quiet location, 10 minute walk to supermarket and a lot of resturants. If you wanted to walk to the old town (sirmione) allow 30 minutes. There is a regular circular bus service from just outside the hotel.

Was staying for 3 nights with my kids. We had 2 rooms and the hotel managed to book us in the same floor as requested. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was mixed and well served. the location of the hotel is right next to a bus station leading to old town few minutes drive, also receptionist gave us clear instructions on shopping centers, gardaland and more attractions. The weather would not allow us to use the pool unfortunately.

The receptionist told us the bar is always open, but the barman would not serve us coffee in the early morning (we would not mind paying for it) and told us to get coffee from breakfast, which is from an automatic machine.

You could rent a bike from the hotel, free of charge.

We didn't have insect net at the bathroom window and so we had a lot of insects in our bathroom in the first night. The shower tub was at the same level as the floor and it had only a curtain and not a cabin as shown in the pictures on Booking. There was no separation between our balcony and the neighbor's balcony. The breakfast was poor and the same every day.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. Overall, a lovely hotel. The breakfast was the highlight of the day and really set us up for the day. Always a lovely variety. The pool was clean and always a sun bed to get at anytime of day without reserving early. We liked getting the bikes when needed to pop to town or the supermarket.

It would have been great to have complimentary coffees across the day. I think this wouldn’t be a huge expense to the hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional. This breakfast can compete with the best hotels around the world without any doubt. The hotel was clean and so was our room, the staf smiling and trying to give the best service a profesional team knows how to give. The pool was clean, the water in it was a little bit to cold for my taste but this has nothing to do with the high profesional service level of this great hotel. Yes, if you get near this location don't hesitate and take a room there. Great hotel with superb breakfast, excellent service and very well located. Including free parking it was a pleasure to be there.

All staff so very kind and generous with smiles amd help!Large, clean, comfy rooms with good AC and balcony. Fantastic hot and cold breakfast, and the bar offers reasonably priced yummy sandwiches, salads and beverages over looking the beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed each day! Location, a scenic easy 30 min walk to Sirmione castle or use the hotel’s free bicycles; lots of free parking. The price was half other three star hotels that did not look near as nice or have such a quiet location. Bonus is the reasonably priced great restaurant across the street, Nonna Dina’s for pizza, truffle pasta, steak and grilled lake fish and local wines! We will be back!

Great location to get into old town of Sirmione, bus stop opposite hotel - 5-10 minute ride to town wall. Also the hotel hires out bikes for free, so you can ride to town or to a beach easily. Lovely pool, selection of poolside snacks or drinks. Air con was very effective in our room, luckily, as it was in the high 30's the entire 7 night stay. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly, especially the Reception desk staff who were so knowledgeable and helpful about the local area, they went over the usual expectations for helpfulness - always with a smile.
