We liked the big balcony. The room was nice and clean. It has a walk in wardrobe, so plenty of place to put the luggage. We had a big bed and one extra small one, because there was three of us. There is also a patio downstairs. What I also liked was that we could park the car right in front of the house. The breakfast was good and delivered to our door at 8am in the morning. The location is close to the lake and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Good experience :)

The room is extremely beautiful. It has a balcony, cutlery, glasses, friedge, etc. They serve a delicious breakfast. The comunication with host was excelent. Nice hot water shower. You can park your car for free just outside the B&B. A very safe and quiet neiboorhood. The price is very competitive againts hotels near the historic center

Had problems with the airconditioning. First the remote control, but even host changed it, the A/C never got to work. Other than that, a perfect room.

Cute place, for the breakfast you receive a variety of ingredients (yogurt, granola, fruits, juice, cheese, cold cuts, bread, butter and eggs to cook yourself). A lot of free parking on the street.

The operation method of the shower tap was a little uncomfortable. The location was far from the old city of Sirmione (by foot) but was close to a station of the shuttle that goes right to its entrance

Great location, really close to Sirmione ( walking distance). There is a really nice beach about 200mt from the B&B with bar. Camilla has been an excellent host, we felt like friends. She is really helpful and can give good suggestions of the area. Breakfast....one word...amazing. In the lovely garden and offer different kind of foods, a perfect start of the day Room nice and comfortable When we will back to Lake Garda, we will check if there is a room available here ;)

Lovely spacious room with plenty of storage space and everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to contact and helped when needed. The bed is huge and comfortable and the room was very clean.

There was no internet for the entire time we stayed, when I asked the host she said this was a problem they'd been having since a storm last year. This was very awkward for us as we needed the wifi. Think guests should be warned prior

Breakfast in the room was a nice touch. It was a lovely & quiet location well worth being a bit removed from the real touristy areas.

The photos of the pool on some sites could be a bit misleading as the pool is private and not for guests. But it wasn't a problem as we didn't book for the pool and we weren't expecting it anyway.

The staff who greeted me was very kind. The room was absolutely spotless, spacious and pleasant. The Italian style b'fast (not cooked b'fast, no eggs/bacon...) was quite nice with fresh sweet croissant, various jams, yogurt, ham/cheese slices and coffee. The staff who served the b'fast was, again, very kind and helpful. Overall, I was happy with this pleasant hotel.

This is the place you should come with a car. I was traveling with the public transport, and the nearest bus stop was fair bit of walk especially when you have to carry a suitcase. Going to the old town of Sirmione, you have to catch a bus and it wasn't exactly easy.

It was very quiet for sleeping. Lots of delicious food for breakfast. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfy bed...I really wanted to take it home with me! Short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Id definitely stay again.

Beautiful breakfast and such a huge room. Being able to have breakfast on the balcony was a bonus. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and near a local beach at the lake.

Please provide some instructions in how to use the egg cooker, and it was a little tricky as we couldn't store out bags when we checked out.

Two bedrooms apartment, very comfortable, clean and spacious for a family of four - no kitchen though. Lovely balcony in the garden where a nice breakfast is being served, with excellent coffee. Bikes are offered for your free use, with locks - make it very comfortable to just leave your car in the free parking near the house, and just ride the bike for 3km till the entrance to the old town. Definitely was a smart choice, after struggling with parking near apartments in the old cities. Nice host, easy check-in as they live in the same house so no special coordination is needed.
