There is parking available, the rooms were clean, good pillows, close to the beach. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay, the wifi was available.

When we arrived the one air conditioning was not on and the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in the first night. There was limited cooking equipment, and there was only one pan.

We loved the setup of the holiday village, which, despite being well-populated, gave a sense of privacy and tranquility. Everything is well-organized, and the free-roaming rabbits were a delightful surprise for the kids. The on-site shop is convenient for any urgent needs, making it possible to fully relax without leaving the complex. It's perfect for families with young children.

Perhaps due to the end of the season, a few elements of the houses were damaged, particularly the vents, which let in insects that bothered the kids. Aside from that, everything else was excellent!

The kids/fitness entertainers were exceptional, they worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay. It was great entertainment in the evening. The lake beach and pools were perfect and the camp was kept well maintained despite a heavy hailstorm the day before our arrival.

There could have been a few more utensils and saucepans in the kitchen. We were travelling around Europe by train and the local bus service was appalling - only one bus an hour, never on time and ended relatively early in the evening. If you have a car, it's a great location to explore Lake Garda and beyond.

We came in summer and we really enjoyed the pool area especially the kids' pool, it's safe and they were entertained. The lifeguards took their job seriously and politely asked people to stick to the regulations.

Please keep in mind that for a family of four two body/hair wash was not sufficient, it wouldn't cost much to add to a total of four body/hair soup. One other thing is to leave some dishwashing liquid soap and a sponge available for the guests to clean the dishes. Another useful thing is that if you want guests to recycle and sort out their waste, please leave the right amount and coloured waste bags.

The location is beautiful and the place is equipped and you feel at home. It is good for families, especially the swimming pools for children in the hot summer in the village.

The distance between the cabins is very close, and the cabins do not have a barbecue oven, but it is not a big problem

Perfect location to discover the Garda lake. At Sirmione the beach is family friendly and not suddenly getting deep the water. The camping is beyond the expectation, great programs for adults and kids.

Apparently everything was fine, we would gladly turn back.

comfortable camping right on Lake Garda. the center is well-kept, clean and safe. we parked comfortably close to our house, we had pools right next to it and a path to the lake. the campsite has a shop, cafe and restaurant. cultural guests, our neighbors did not make any noise, we felt very well throughout our stay. we chose maxicaravan prestige. it had a lot of space inside, good kitchen and bathroom equipment and a large porch

paid wifi access and beds far too soft. as a vegan, I had a poor selection of dishes in the restaurant and products in the store

6 people fitted easily into the mobile home. Home was compact, had everything you needed and was not too crowded with 6 people. the area had Tremendous staff, shop where you could find swimming caps, wine, beer, souviners and snacks. The area also had family run business restaurant - recommend having a breakfast buffee with a great view and it was all at 10€ per visitor. We all think it was worth it. PS! We also went to the water park with 6 adults and the staff helped us get a taxi. The cost of taxi van was 50€ for one way. Also worth mentioning that we did not have a car so everywere we went we used public transporation or our feet. Reachable for everyone if you can walk.

Pools were open at strange times in my opinion and you had to wear a swimming cap, but I understand it is an Italian thing. The pools could be open also for late night swim at 21-23, then it would be perfect.

A few more basic essentials would have been helpful eg kettle, washing up liquid, toaster, hairdryer, wine glasses.

The reseptionist did send us to town a closed "ocean xxx" (forgot the name) to get cheaper Tickets for gardaland because she said ist is still open. Saturday at 18 she said its open till 19. It was only open till 12. If she doesent know she coud have called there...but not telling people for sure and then it turned out to be wrong... As i told her later she did not even excuse... Both receptionist were without any friendliness oder happiness with there job...
