Excellent value! Very nice hosts, simple breakfast very tasty local pastries and in the evening there is an amazing restaurant. The rooms are very basic but spacious and very clean, and the large bathroom is in perfect condition. We took a room for a family which has a small balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain slopes. Convenient underground parking with access directly to the hotel door.

The owners speak English and were always extremely helpful. Our son was receiving treatment at the hospital which was within walking distance of the hotel but our room also had amazing views across the valley.

It is very hilly whichever way you walk not so good for those of limited mobility although there are taxis and the odd bus.

This small (family owned I believe) hotel was a big pleasant surprise for my wife and me. Some unrelated circumstances came up during a motorcycle vacation and we needed to find a very last minute place to stay. The owners were very helpful in assisting us to resolve some issues that would have been otherwise a big pain in the back side. On top of this their kitchen prepared great pasta as well as other meat dishes. The prices are also very reasonable. Much of the town of Sondalo is built on the side of a mountain and the hotel sits pretty high up. It offers a very nice view down into town the valley below.

The hotel is well kept, very clean - the room was spotless (that was really appreciated, thank you!). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast offered a reasonable variety of both sweet and savory foods. There’s a big roofed garage available to guests. The hotel is up a hill, so going down to the town requires a bit of effort, but it’s not terribly tiring, and thanks to the elevation the view from the balcony is stunning.

The view from the room was lovely, and even nicer from the restaurant. Wish I'd waited until my arrival to have dinner at the hotel. The room itself ticked all necessary boxes, no complaints.

Super simple and small room for a 1 or 2 night stay. View from the room is fantastic. Parking is underground.

Nice view over the valley. Free parking garage below the hotel. The restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

Take a shower in the evening as warm water may run out in the morning, when most guests use it.
