The hotel is well located, a 10-minute walk from the center, a 15-20 minute walk from a beach not frequented by most tourists, across the street from two lemon groves and around the corner from some of the best restaurants. The hotel was also extremely clean and well maintained. It is very quiet and wonderful to have the choice of two pools. The views on the rooftop terraces are incredible. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also received a complimentary bottle of bubbles to celebrate our honeymoon, a very considerate touch!

Breakfast could be a little more of a relaxing experience, waiters can be very busy organizing and serving tables. I understand there are a lot of people who come down to breakfast, and that guests are sometimes unnecessarily rude to the staff, but the hastiness can come across as dismissive and can affect your experience at the hotel in a less positive way.

location and facility was excellent.

The breakfast. our family was surprised at the quality of breakfast that was served at such an upscale, beautiful hotel. The bacon was not cooked fully, sitting in grease and lukewarm. The salmon was slimy, smelly and old. There was a lot of sweets and carbs; few veggies and healthy options. Coffee had very good flavor but lukewarm.

Amazing staff!!! Rooftop has unbelievable views!! Excellent breakfast!!

Our garden view was not a view of a nice garden. It was a view of other peoples apartments with their laundry hanging.

Breakfast each morning was super. The location was central to some shopping/restaurants. Bathtub was nice. Enjoyed the various bars and food available by the hotel. The rooftop pool was small and not temp controlled but the views and chairs were nice. 15-20 minute walk to the closest harbor/ (busy) beach area. Piano night was fun.

The "partial sea view" is actually more of a 'street view'. It was loud (one floor up from a busy street) with all of the traffic noise, and didn't have much of a sea view. No coffee pot/keurig in the room, instead had instant coffee with tea kettle (not tasty). No usable refrigerator in the room (only mini bar). It was disappointing that you could not order food from a restaurant in the hotel and eat it at the rooftop pool.

Greeting on arrival by reception staff was excellent. The hotel porter showed us to the room carrying our bags and then our car was parked securely for us. The hotel from the reception to the room and all areas were very bright a immaculately clean. We booked a standard room which looked over the rear gardens of the hotel, all very clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in the main dining room. There was a great selection, from fresh fruit, cereals, cheese cold meats, cooked breakfast items, and eggs cooked to order in front of you. The pastry and cake selection was also very good. Bar staff were attentive, and knowledgeable. Walking to the main area of Sorrento was easy, and the area was safe. If I was to return to Sorrento for another stay, I would defiantly return to this hotel, but maybe book a room with a better view.

We didn't find fault. Loved it all. This was better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in.

The facilities of the Hotel were fantastic and extremely clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing. It was quite expensive but in comparison to other Hotels in the area it was probably on parr. The staff were helpful but we didn't find them overly friendly. They were quite serious in their demeanor. A smile at breakfast would have been nice.

Not really that we didn't like it, but we just thought the staff, particularly the wait staff in the breakfast room and some of the bar staff, could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. They were quite serious and professional

The location was great and the facility was beautiful. 10 minute walk to Piazza Tasso, 8 min walk to train/bus station and 15 minutes to ferry port. Great breakfast with lots of options including champagne. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of Vesuvius from the room balcony and rooftop. The shower/bath tub had great water pressure. The bed was on the soft to medium side (good for me; husband prefers firmer). This hotel was also significantly less expensive for a room with a balcony and a view than others that are right in town. The additional few extra minutes to walk to the various places was well worth it.

Everything was great and I would stay there again just note a few things. On November 1 the hotel shuts off the air conditioner including the option just to have a fan to circulate the air so the room gets a little stuffy. The hotel also does not have Netflix which is not critical while on vacation but it can be nice after a long day of touring.

The hotel is beautiful. A lovely entrance and the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and they couldn’t be more attentive. Nothing was too much for them. The bedroom was so clean and remained so every day. It was enormous with a side view of the sea. It’s a short 5 minute walk to tassos piazza. But a 25 minute walk to grande marina. The lemon grove with restaurant opposite is absolutely lovely. Worth a visit and the food is delicious.

The roof top pool is only a plunge pool and the downstairs swimming pool is surrounded by other apartments so you are overlooked. The swimming pool bar was never opened so you had to go to top floor for a drink. Even water.

The staff was great, the hotel is well located, but in quiet zone. The room was very spacious, and with a lovely balcony. The restaurant is good, although a little bit on the expensive side, especially at dinner. Had one of the best carbonara of the whole trip. I'd say overall it was one of the best price/quality hotels of the whole trip, and recommended without a doubt.

Nothing to complain about, can't point a bad thing about the hotel, it fits perfectly in the price point and star rating, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

Our room was very spacious, the bed was very large and comfortable. Plenty of space for suitcases and bags without making the room feel cramped. The blinds were particularly excellent and could be adjusted to block out the sun meaning that we were not woken up in the early hours. They also blocked out any noise. Breakfast was taken outdoors and there was plenty of choice at the buffet, including champagne! Very decadent having bucks fizz every morning. Omelettes could be requested and cooked to order. Plenty of continental style breakfast, and also hot food if required, beans, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist. Thanks to Paula and Alessandro and indeed to the rest of the team. The pool in the garden area was excellent, recliners could always be found, and there were plenty of towels at hand. The rooftop pool and bar was a lovely place to watch the sunset and listen to the entertainment.
