Views were so good. Girls at the reception were in high level. Nice pool, comfortable shuttle bus with nice driver. Food was good. Nice pool snack bar.

Room was small and outdated, no shops and restaurants near. No place for walking. Road near. Too load. Smoking allowed on balcony.

This property was beautiful! The views of the bay of Naples were stunning! The staff were all so kind and gracious… Angela, the property owner, along with Thomas, Giuliano, Olena, Giuseppe, Stefano and everyone else there were so helpful and accommodating. After our five day stay, the staff all felt like family. The food was great, and the property was very clean. All in all, an amazing experience at Hotel Prestige.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive (especially Antonio). The views are spectacular. The rooms are perfectly clean. The pool area is lovely with amazing views. It is very good for gluten free options. Breakfast was amazing, lots of delicious choices. There are lots of good trips on offer.

The bus could have been on more frequently from earlier on in the afternoon. A light on the balcony would have been useful. The road directly outside is very busy but you can't hear it when the doors are closed.

Highlight of the stay was the friendly staff. Stefano was super warm and conversed with us; Fernando was really gracious toward my son. There was a waitstaff member at breakfast who spoke eagerly with us, too. Overall, the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, which made this feel like a special stay. The property is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous, and the facilities are very nice. I looked forward to breakfast every day of my 6-night stay. Cleaners did a fabulous job with the room every day. We had a lovely private patio off the back of our room. I would return in a heartbeat.

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the mattresses. I think this is just a difference in European and American expectations when it comes to mattresses.

Beautiful views, lovely facility, and exceptional staff! Located high above Sorrento with views of the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast from the snack bar above the pool. While not walkable to Sorrento, the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle or will arrange transportation for you, for a reasonable cost. There is an elevator, which was necessary for my 84 year old mother. The hotel's restaurant across the street (be careful crossing!!!) is walkable, has delicious food, and has even more spectacular views. They even drove over to the hotel for a complementary pick-up of my mother and sister-in-law! Breakfast is complementary, which is nice! Again, the staff is exceptional!

Need to be very careful crossing the street from the hotel to the parking lot. But that would not keep me from staying there again!

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning!! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. All the staff were very polite and helpful, reception staff provided us with local bus/train times. The shuttle service was brilliant 🤩 and the driver was very experienced and kind. It was my daughters 18th b’day whilst we were there and the staff went the extra mile providing her with a cake and singing Happy B’day to her at breakfast. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday! Sorrento is a beautiful place and well worth a visit!

There wasn’t anything to dislike

Beautiful and perfectly sized hotel with an unbeatable panaramic view. Comfortable beds/nice rooms and lovely private terrace. Food was surprisingly delicious and prices were great in the restaurant. All staff were friendly and they couldn't do more for you in reception. Pool area was nice and relaxed, again with stunning surroundings. Free shuttle was a godsend for getting to town as it would be expensive using taxis. Drivers were great and accommodating! Also the bus tour provided by hotel was fantastic with a knowledgeable and charming chauffeur.

The most minor complaint but having to reserve the shuttle in advance each time was a bit inconvenient if plans changed. Additional times for the shuttle bus would be a good help.

The location was on the side of a hill, looking out over Sorrento and other bays. It was just beautiful views, particularly from the pool area where you can see great sunsets. The staff were the best, friendly and professional. We only ate in the restaurant as the food was great and reasonably priced. The road leading to the hotel is a good one, winding but wide. We took the shuttle bus to Sorrento and it took the stress out of finding parking. Sorrento was very busy. Our room was nice and had a large outside veranda. Comfortable bed and the kettle was appreciated.

Slight musty smell in the bathroom. Would have liked seat pads for the outdoor furniture

1. The location is great with amazing views, hotel transfer to and from Sorrento is very convenient (it takes about 30 min). 2. Very good staff everywhere in the hotel. 3. There is really nice restaurant here - superb food and it’s inexpensive.

1. The bed could be more comfortable (too hard for me) or at least there should be some pillow menu. 2. Breakfast buffet was the same each day. Only the sweet options were changing (and they were the best). There were plastic cups for soft drinks - first thing to change in 4* star hotel! 3. Prices in the restaurant menu are without tax (there is difference in the price on the menu and at your final reciept). In US you would expect that but not in Europe - and I was in most European countries.

Staff at Hotel Prestige were exceptional, and couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed (even delivering a wedding card and present to another hotel in town!). The shuttle bus was so useful and a great touch from the hotel to put this on for free, as taxis to and from Sorrento would have cost a fortune. The driver was really friendly and gave us directions at drop off. Breakfast was good, just what we needed - cold cuts/yoghurt, some hot food and delicious tirimisu! (We needed to ask for tea and coffee/espresso as the coffee wasn't the best from the pot). The pool was great, although we didn't get full use of it due to the weather. Fab little bar by the pool too who have a snack menu running all day with great and friendly staff (and reasonable prices!). Really fabulous stay, with an amazing view across Sorrento and Amalfi, thank you so much!

Nothing! The only think we would say is it's a little old fashioned (décor a bit on the red side), but spotlessly clean and tidy, and as above, the staff and shuttle service really made our trip to Sorrento for our friend's wedding amazing.
