The tranquility of the place, the magnificent view of the sea, the amazing sunset were just of the few things that made our stay excellent. You will read some comments about the location but do not pay attention. Lemon Flats are located in a quiet part of the city, just 10 min walk from the center. Take it slow and don't think that much about it. You are on holidays after all. We used the minibus service a few times and we walked most of the time. A super market is near by so make sure to get a bottle of wine and enjoy the calm setting Our host should give lessons to expensive hotel chains about hospitality. They treated us with respect and friendliness.

The only thing that I missed was to have some coffee to prepare ourselves, but again our host and his family prepared an amazing espresso for us

beautiful location. slightly out of town but up the hillside so great view of the bay of Naples and sunsets. The road to the villa is narrow but the shuttle bus ( and Nello) made this very entertaining and meant that Sorrento town and ferry/ rail links etc. were in easy reach even when it was hot. Salvatore and his family were very friendly and helpful. Sorrento is an excellent base to visit Capri, Positano, Pompeii and Herculaneum. The bus journey from Naples airport to Sorrento is spectacular not just "transport". Food and wine were excellent everywhere even the very touristy locations like capri.

nothing could have stayed!

There are a lot of amazing things about this property. The apartment itself was charming, with a lot of coastal and lemon themed decor that perfectly matched the vibe of Sorrento. It was also clean and comfortable with a large bed and a small bed, a sofa, two private balconies, a bathroom, and a full set of kitchen appliances. The location is also good, although it’s a bit high up the height offers gorgeous views of Sorrento and the free shuttle service to and from the property was fantastic. Speaking of service, that was our favorite part of the visit, our host Salvatore was wonderful, communicating constantly with us, offering restaurant suggestions, and helping us locate places like the port. He also personally drove us to and from the apartment at the beginning and end of our stay. There is also a free shuttle service that comes with this apartment, and it eliminates all problems of the location being higher up the mountain as you’re offered a free shuttle down to the supermarket, which is very close (5-10 min walking distance) to the busiest part of the town and the town square. The waiting time for the shuttle is usually 10 minutes or less, which was very convenient. Also, we walked down a few times and it was perfectly fine, so the location isn’t really any problem at all. Overall, Salvatore’s attitude and hosting, the facilities, and location made our stay remarkable.

This is very nitpicky as it’s not a large issue, we just hoped there would be a bottle of water or so on the property, since otherwise you would have to go down to the supermarket to buy some, which might be a bit inconvenient when you want to freshen up first. There was complimentary limoncello, though, and that was very nice. Even if the water was not free, I think having it there would still be a small change that could mean a lot for future guests.

OH MY GOD!! WHERE DO I START HERE? First of all, let me say the location, place, and facilities were just perfect. The apartment had everything needed: a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. THE BEST Part was the host, I am traveling with my daughter so it felt extra special to have Salvatore offer to pick and drop us off from the station, along with iffering recommendations and being our back and call, he even offered to drive me to the station because my bus was before the Shuttle bus timing. Oh, did I mention the offer a FREE shuttle to take you and drop you off from their property. This is one of the best places I ever stayed at. I am planning to come again to explore Sorrento more and, without a doubt, will be staying there. I can't explain how safe it felt as a tourist that I can just reach out anytime if god forbid anything happens. The best part is that Salvatore wasn't making the extra effort because it's his job only, but because you could feel it coming from the heart. I felt it in every interaction with the entire family. Truly the highlight of my trip.

Nothing at all even if I tried

The place was really special and magical - surrounded by lemon trees on top of the hill where you sea the whole town of Sorrento and the sea. The apartment was big and enough space for everyone. Savatore and his fimaly were the nicest hosts - they provided transfer everyday to reach the center, although it's not far - around 15 min walking. Also they picked up us from the station and surprised us with homemade limoncello they're making. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Great views and very peaceful. The free shuttle was an excellent service to have and the driver was so nice.

Nothing

Our host Salvatore was brilliant, contacted us the day before arrival and arranged to pick us up in town. The property is up a hill, a bit outside the town but they have a free shuttle bus that takes you up and down, brilliant service, and very handy as we are family of 5, youngest is 4. We had ground floor apt, so safe for kids, property is gated so they couldnt go anywhere. They loved the cats and kittens around the apts. Salvatore was very helpful re buses and trains. And his father dropped us to town early the day we left. Such good hosts!! Apt was spotless, lovely shower, plenty of towels available.

No cons, we would go back!

This accomodation was our highlight of Sorrento, an oasis away from the crowded touristy streets in town. We had quite a large car that wouldn’t have fit the narrow streets so Salvatore met us when we checked in and took us to a parking lot near by (€20/day). He then used his own car to take us and our luggage up to the apartment. The free shuttle service is quite good into town, and dropped us right in front of a supermarket, so the distance didn’t bother us! We used the kitchen to cook twice and enjoy dinner with a view of the sunset. The views from the window are beautiful. There was enough room for 3 people and the sofa bed was extremely comfortable.

Nothing much! There were a few issues with hot water, mainly in the kitchen sink. And we saw quite a few ants on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom.

Lemon flats is located in a secluded area out of town, set back surrounded by Lemon trees with stunning views across Sorrento. Watching the sunset from our balcony was one of highlight visits. Communication from our host Salvatore was always quick, polite and helpful. Difficult to find any real faults with our stay without nitpicking.

The location is not easily accessible on foot but this is offset by the free shuttle service that runs to the flats (albeit not super early in the morning). When the shuttle was not available Salvatore was on hand to offer suitable arrangements and even gave a lift himself!

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Met us at the train station and gave us a lift to the beautiful accommodation, surrounded by lemon trees and overlooking Sorrento and the sea. Being a little out of town meant it was peaceful. A free shuttle provided by the owner took us into town and back again with just a quick message or call. Never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Couldn't recommend the place more highly, had a fantastic holiday.
