The staff at Sersale Suites were phenomenal. Naomi was very congenial and helped us with some questions we had about the train schedules in the Sorrento area. Lisa, the lady who cooked breakfast, was really nice and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was attentive to our needs every morning. The breakfasts served were top notch. We ordered one savory and one sweet breakfast every morning and shared them between ourselves. The location was in a great spot near the main walking street and the nearby attractions. We had no problems walking to where we wanted to go within 20 minutes of our stay. We highly recommend a stay at Sersale Suites when in Sorrento.

The water pressure in the shower could've been better.

Our family stayed at Sersale for 5 nights at December. The staff were fabulous, friendly and available, with spot-on recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast was great, generous and varied. The location is just great, walking distance to all the main attractions, with a supermarket in front of the entrance door. There is a private organised parking (expensive - 36€/d) 2 minutes walk.

The elevator was working for only half of our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to carry all our many belongings to the 5th floor when checking in and out. AC was staggering and noisy. Their check-in times are up to 20:00PM. We arrived a bit before 21:00 since we had unexpected delays and a very long drive with a baby, and then asked to add 20€ fee, which felt quite petty, considering that their obligations (etc elevator) were not perfect either. But all those are minor comments to an overall great experience.

Breakfast was great, very Italian, Maria was the best. The location is perfect right on the start of the historic center in Sorrento. Everything is so close from the suits. The city is very big, beautiful and clean. Lovely restaurants and authentic shops. Below the suites there is a very good wine and all Italian flavors shop. The host Angelo was so helpful and available 24/7 we are vey pleased. I highly recommend Sersale Suites :)

It would have been better if there is a parking included within the suites if you have rental car so that you don't have to overthink about the safety of the car. But there is one very good paid parking near by and also not far there is free parking with limited parking spots. We were lucky on the second day and found a free spot on the white lines which was helpful, because the Amalfi coast is a little bit expensive so you always enjoy the chance to reduce what you can spend on a minimum. And maybe more diversity for the breakfast.

The staff was super communicative and helpful. Breakfast was great and Lisa was very sweet and welcoming. Our room was spotless with comfy beds and a lovely view of the city.

There is a photo on the website that I interpreted to be a communal terrace for breakfast (as it shows different people eating breakfast at individual tables) but it is actually a private terrace for one of the suites. Our stay was fabulous regardless just good to know what to expect.

The woman serving breakfast was lovely... Love that she makes treats and snacks you can enjoy throughout the day. She was so nice and staff super helpful when we locked keys in room. They were fast to respond!!!

The only issue was not being able to store luggage... but honestly it was a perfect location.... safe... even the teens could take off and shop at night... most restaurants and shops close around 11 or 12... some earlier but mainly all open late... Gelato amazing.... handbags are amazing to buy....

This property is beautiful! The room was sparkling clean. Lisa, who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was so nice. Everyone staying there was nice also. The balcony was like being in a luxury hotel. We found Sersale Suites by accident, but I would stay here again! The elevator was working fine when we were there. And it is only a few steps from downtown. Amazing place!

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The room was clean and felt perfect for vacation. All of the amenities lived up to expectations (powerful AC, spacious shower, fluffy bed). Breakfast was a highlight, loved that we got to eat it on our patio! Vittorio was fantastic -- not only did us a huge favor by holding onto our bag after we checked out, but he was also very responsive and also so fun to talk to.

Check in was a little awkward since I didn't know I had to coordinate with the staff for a specific check-in time. I missed a message from them earlier in the day (no wifi :/) and ended up very confused at the front door of the building. The suites are on one of the floors of the building and there is no "front desk" so make sure to make plans before arriving!

Amazing accommodation with incredible hospitality. Best place I have stayed so far in Italy . Checking in was easy and everything was well explained making me feel welcome ( all thanks to Naomi ) The breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to the day ( served by Lisa ) who was also so friendly and kind . They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great and it shows . I give them an 11/10 . Thanks you !

The property was very nicely equipped with everything we needed. The best part about it was the cleaner Lisa who also came in early in the morning to cook breakfast. That was a a total treat! She went over an beyond to help me with heating up the food for my disabled child and made sure that we had all the support we needed.

Given that they are a family friendly accommodation, a small microwave or small induction stovetop would be really nice to have!

Location was good, in town. Breakfast was to order very good. Room was large and very well decorated. On the 5th floor but it had an elevator. Bed was a little firm for our tastes but not bad. Nice view overlooking the lemon Grove and grape Vines and the cliffs. Also right off the bus stop so very convenient. Owner was very fast to respond and communicated well.

Walking path right in front of our room was noisy. But if you close the window and blind you didn't hear a thing, but then the room is pitch black which has pros and cons. So you have to use the air conditioner. We did not have a balcony, I think every other room does. One bedside lamp did not work but I notified owner and am sure he will get it fixed.
