Excellent communication and a very helpful host. The room was comfortable and spacious, the air condition was great and a fridge was a bonus. The host went out of his way to help us store our bags while we waited on our transport later in the day. The host also provided us with a map and suggestions about where we should eat and what we should visit.

The location is easy walking distance from the train station but also close to the main town facilities. The room was really nicely furnished and extremely clean, the fridge was big enough to allow us to shop for essentials, and enjoy a drink on the balcony before heading out for dinner

The price meant it was very affordable . Plenty of space and clean . Staff very helpful and accommodating . It’s a short walk to the main square piazza Tasso with plenty on the way . Close proximity to the train station and a supermarket within a minute walk

We thought because it said bed and breakfast we automatically got breakfast included but we didn’t however we used the tea / coffee facilities and got lovely pastries to eat on our balcony from a little cafe on the next street

The location was good. It was an easy walk to the main part of the city. The room was big. I liked the balcony.

I thought more of a breakfast was included. It was just coffee and some snacks. I was told breakfast was until 10am, we would come out between 9-9:30am and it was not a full breakfast. It was packaged snacks. There are 3 keys to use. We struggled a bit with the key to enter our room.

Good location for the train or buses. Nice and central and just a few minutes walk to centre of town. Really helpful staff with good recommendations and happy to help. Lovely balcony to sit out on.

Quite a compact shower. Not a problem, just something to be aware of if you're a bigger person.

road noise made it difficult to sleep at times but not sure that can be helped. we had this all over Italy.

The reef was clean and welcoming. I loved love the breakfast cookies and coffee in the morning! My room was cute and very clean and I slept great and I loved my balcony! Eugenio and his brother were great and I felt very safe there. A couple of supermarkets just a few houses away which was great for snacks and waters.
