The facility is great, it has a big garage for motorbikes and the interior is very charming. Breakfast is extraordinary for Italy, with a big variety of foods and excellent coffee. Staff is super friendly and welcoming

The rooms are a bit dated but for a few nights more than enough. the facility did not provide food and you need to go to town for a meal, but it is within walking distance

Reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent. Extremely helpful I all areas. I am English and my Italian language is poor. This didn’t prevent the staff at all. They went over and above what I would expect. A great attitude from all the employees I cam in contact with. Rooms were very clean, great bathroom facilities. As for the cycle storage, lock up which was very secure. However the laminate wood floor for bikes and motorbikes is a first. The best garage floor I’ve seen.

Everything. Location, on site bar, staff very friendly. Loved this place as we were bike packing and this hotel is very well set up for bikes with an enormous area in the basement for motor and push bikes with cleaning and servicing facilities. Breakfast was great.

There is nothing I can say that is bad about this place.

This has got to be one of the coolest biker/cyclist hotels, the parking are in the basement is awesome, there’s lockers for you helmet, rails and hangers for you gear and even a washbay and small workbench if needed. The bike / bicycle inspired decor in the hotel is really and nice and it has a real family feel to the place.

The breakfast was good, with many traditional Italian dishes in a big inside breakfast area and an outside area with an beautiful view to the mountains. The whole hotel are decorated in bicycle and motorcycle theme in a good level and very harmonic.

The early checkout (at 10.30) really surprised me. Not sure if it's normal in that region or even in Italy. I was a bit unprepared that time, but I guess it should have the offer for a late checkout anyway.

Everything was great, the parking for my motorbike, the guys on reception were very friendly and helpful, they recommended a restaurant which was great. The staff at breakfast again were very pleasant and helpful.

The length of time we'll have to wait to come back to Hotel Napoleon Susa.

Great place, also for its value. Comfortable, clean and the people working there are all very kind. I general I felt very welcome. Location is simply perfect, just 5 mins away from the train station, and right next to the city center (not a big city).

Some things in the bed didn't work, such as the fridge and the hairdryer. Also, the shower handle isn't very stable.

The set up for motorbikes is outstanding - secure underground garage, with washing facilities. The location is excellent within a very short walk to many restaurants. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. This was my second stay and equally as good as the first.

Only one thing I’d change, to put a shelf in the shower for the soap 😁

New decor themed for all sorts of bikers, though still wonderful prints from Winter Olympics in dining room plus now an ancient motorcycle and a Vespa as a sideboard. BMW motorbike and another in window plus cycles on walls in bar - lots of interesting beers. Stylish bathroom fittings.

Stylish hotel for bikers or cyclists. Very nice and friendly staff. Room comfortable. Good beer in the evening and great breakfast in the morning :-)
