Great location in regards to the beach, and cable car to head straight up the hill. Minimart’s just downstairs with absolutely everything you need. There’s a great public access terrace on the top floor with sun-beds and a shower to keep cool.

Air conditioning was average. Likely just old.

The room was great and the balcony was so big, in fact massive (if you are going there book room 401...which is top floor, were we stayed!) looking down with so beautiful views over the bay. The breakfast was really good, loads of choices...hot or cold.....Staff were brilliant, so friendly & helpful.

The very small fridge, could not get in more than a couple of bottles of water etc?.,....The main issue that there was not a real 'Dressing table/mirror'....(obviously for my wife).....there was a 'Dressing table', but for some reason the TV was stuck on it where a mirror should be? She had to do her make-up sitting on toilet in bathroom, using her own small mirror. Does not bother me, but a bit awkward for her.

Location was excellent with great view and a very nice terrace in the lobby floor. Located very close to the cable car and shuttle busses to old city center, therefore it was very easy to travel back and forth. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Room was spacious and silent.

The small fridge in the room was not working, which i didn't realize until the next morning, resulted with some loses on my part :) There were complimentary water bottles but unfortunately one of them was half, which I also realized late at night. In these terms, housekeeping has some margin to improve. In the breakfast, some items in the buffet run out very early and when asked we were told it is really finished :)

Due to romantic reasons, we came back after 30y. Still, a good place to stay. Perfect location to see and feel the beach, to embrace the Mazzaro atmosphere. Good breakfast, reliable WiFi. Good places to eat are around. Beaches are only for rent, and not sandy, but this you know obviously. Very close to Funivia which brings you uphill. Note: Mazzaro is not Taormina. :-) Super Markets sell cold wine until late.

Really lovely view of the water! So close to the beach. Clean rooms. Simple and quick check in/out process.

Basic facilities. Parking spots limited so call to lock a spot in! Have to catch the cable cart to town (huge lines).

The view from the balcony was amazing. Location was perfect about 50m to the Cable car and beach access across the road. The rooms were simple but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and kept fresh and topped up. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend this place for your stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was quick and the crew payed attention to the details. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the breakfast included wide variety of local and continental foods. The beach is really near to the hotel. In overall it was a great experience.

The view was unbelievable. That is definitely the best part. Sea everywhere. The pictures are not an exaggeration. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of Continental options as well as eggs and bacon. We got in at 10:00 AM expecting to drop off our bags, but our rooms were ready, so they let us check in. They are right across from the beach and 1 minute to the cable car up the hill.

The beds could have been more comfortable, and the shower leaked.

Fantastic view and open terrace, 2 - mins way to the beach 🏖️ We have been accomodated in this hotel 6 years ago and got back again in March 2023. Great place to relax! 10/10
