Federica was a great host, explaining all the details about parking, and how to get to her place. She provided us with a permit to enter and park for free in the limited traffic zone only meters from the room, which was precious. Self check-in went smoothly, and we were able to keep the permit for few more hours next morning, until we finished sightseeing. Also, she helped with restaurants, and instructions what, where and how to visit in Tarquinia, and there is a plenty of things to do there. Room was comfortable, although not very big, and easy to access. In the morning, Federica prepared us excellent breakfast, and we spent some nice time chatting. Definitely worth of recommending.
There is nothing really serious to complain.

Excellent small B&B inside the walls of Tarquinia, very near the church of San Francesco and 600 meters from the Cotral bus terminus at Barriera San Giusto. I give it a 9.5 rating only because a 10 would demand absolute perfection. Triple room is large with good a/c and lovely modern bathroom, located en suite but a few steps above (exercise caution at night not to trip, the steps have florescent strips). Proprietor Federica is extremely friendly and helpful. She sets up breakfast in the morning. Recommend two nights to give Tarquinia its due. I suggest visiting the archeological museum and the necropolis on different days. Tarquinia is delightful as a respite from noisy and crowded Rome, yet only one hour away by train. You will be eager to return to this lodging.
Everything was fine.

What a gem! What an incredible experience! If you go to Tarquinia, spend a night (or more!) here, you will feel right at home with friends and family. Federica is an exceptional host, the property is small and cozy (3 rooms only!). You will make friends over a homemade breakfast with exceptional cakes and pastries coming from Federica's mom. Federica is always available and proactively will help you to make your stay in Tarquinia the best possible one. The B&B is located in a quiet side street in the city centre, perfect to explore the area. It is clean and cozy. I want to move there!!
nothing, everything perfect!!

Perfect location in the historic part of town, within the walls, minutes walk from the famous etruscsn sites! Very comfortable, and Federica was a very lovely and very helpful host , She seems to have thought of everything you can need, arranged for free parking, right in front of the door, even though it's in the restricted access zone. She even drove my car to help me navigate the narrow alley... I definitely recommend this place!
1. No view from the window, 2. Room a bit small However, for the price I paid ,I cant complain . Also, you just tale a few steps outside , and you get the most beautiful views from the city walls!

The proprietress was extremely helpful. She contacted us ahead of time so we could park inside the "walls", right in front of the B&B. Very quaint place, room immaculate, breakfast was plentiful and good. She was very helpful with directions and suggestions on places to eat. We were in Tarquinia for only one night. Highly recommend
There isn't anything we did not like. There are stairs to the bedrooms so anyone with mobility problems should take that into account

The location is wonderful, right in the centre of Traquinia, easy to get to all the museums, restaurants and supermarkets. Federica is a great hostess, very friendly and ready to help. My son is very tall and I was worried that the bed would be too short for him, so Federica sent us a diagram of the bed to see if it would fit. The 188cm bed was fine and comfortable for my 192cm son. The room for three was very comfortable and big enough for the three of us. Everything we needed was in the room. Our room had a great layout, I really liked it, with the bathroom to the right of the entrance and a small staircase, a small but cosy study area and a large room with a tiny but lovely balcony. Great mosquito net! as an extra door, I haven't seen this type before, very comfortable. It was very hot in Tarquinia but the air conditioning worked well so we had a good night. Again, it was a great pleasure to meet Federica, she is very polite, friendly, helpful and speaks English, which is not usual in this part of Italy.
Everything was fine

This is a great little B&B in the heart of the walled town. Federica was a wonderfully friendly host and made contact with us via WhatsApp on the day to arrange check-in. Great tips for restaurants and a lovely friendly home-made breakfast Nothing was too much trouble and the room was exactly as described and pictured. We stayed here as an alternative to Civitaveccia before a cruise and we are so glad we did.

Our host made us feel extremely welcome. We had a lovely comfortable room. She knew we were travelling by bicycle and had two bicycle stands waiting for us. We had a fabulous breakfast. All round brilliant.

Cute clean, and owned/run by an extremely welcoming host who speaks english. We felt welcomed and a part of the family. Good recommendations for dining and visiting the sights. helped us park the car and find a nearby space. She really went above and beyond. The building and rooms were adapted from a previous monastic community and ours was well laid out and equipped for our 3 night stay.
If it was free :-)

The hostess greeted us with enthusiasm and a gracious welcome! The twin room was separate from the bathroom which had a bathtub. The beamed ceiling added a medieval touch! We could easily park by the B&B and gingerly stroll to the the center of Tarquinia plus the archeological Etruscan site. The breakfast was homemade which was a treat!
A B&B in an ancient city has steep steps, however, not long.
