A true gem of a hotel in Selva di Val Gardena with an excellent location accross the Cimpanoi lift, a very soothing and pleasant vibe, beautifully decorated, very clean and with an incredible spa area offering a pool, whirlpool and saunas that you should absolutely not miss during your stay. Breakfast was plentiful, with a very wide array of options for all tastes. But the true value of the hotel is definitely the people. Angelo, Sergio and Susy (met them in this order) are the epitome of hospitality, politeness, kindness and customer care. Almost too nice to be true 🙂. We interacted more with Angelo & Sergio and they are really top notch in everything they do.Thank you all for running/sraffing such a wonderful place and welcoming all your guests as VIPs

It must be the best hotel we ever stayed at! the service is so warm and welcoming, from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel until we left, the hotel staff were there with a smile, ready to help us, or just chat with us about our day or give advices. The hotel have a warm pool, jacuzzi and spa area which was perfect after a hot day of hiking. The pool area was always clean and had water and tea refreshments. Our room was big, with very comfortable bed, 2 blankets, Smart Tv, refrigerator, a small living room and a big bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The room was cleaned multiple times during the day. The breakfast had good selection of both healthy and yummy food, with great cappuccino! To summarize, we had a great time and will definitely come back :)

The only small thing that was missing was air conditioning in the room, we stayed during a very hot August. We opened the windows but it was a bit noisy from the road.

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the staff is absolutely incredible. We were treated so kindly and would absolutely stay here again. On top of that, the breakfast is SOOO good. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Dolomites in the winter or summer, and would also note that the town it's in is also a great choice! Perfect stay :)

The pillows were far thinner than we are used to - even if you asked for extra's it was a tad uncomfortable for what is otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

The location is perfect, opposite the main gondola and a short walk into town and to all of the best restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, had an incredible spa and was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

Everything was perfect, hotel facilities, management kindness, location, rooms space & breakfast all were excellent. SUZY the hotel owner is making sure that everything thing is not less than perfection. Highly recommended & definitely will come back

A beautiful hotel right in the centre of Selva di Val Gardena, perfectly located between the two main ski lifts, an unrivaled level of service by the staff! Overall an outstanding choice of hotel.

Susy and her team have demonstrate how valuable are their customers by delivering superbe services and making everything possible for us to have the most pleasant stay. They are nice, competent, flexible and and always willing to help. The rooms, the SPA & Wellness, the buffet "breakfast" (restaurant was closed this summer) and the "private" parking for our motorbikes did well contribute to our great experience.

If we have to mention something...more than 1 pair of swimming glasses could be nice ;- )

The staff was off the charts helpful- from my craving for gnocchi, to letting me know the buses weren't running because of a bike race, to bringing me some wine while I wrote in the lobby. Each staff member was incredibly courteous, had incredible English, and was so helpful. The location can't be beat- right across from the gondolas and next door to the tourist information. Can't wait to come back here!

The staff and public facilities were all excellent. The spa area was comfortable and large. Overall they hit the mark I would expect for a quality hotel in this region.

Decor in the rooms was a little dated (however clean and generally well-maintained), and the room was on the tight side. Wifi was painfully slow; don't expect to do much work here!

Staff were excellent, so attentive without being in your face. Rooms and lounge area were incredible and the pool area stunning.
