The hotel's location is very good. It is across the train station and within walking distance to the town center. The rooms seemed recently renovated and well appointed. The bathroom was luxurious and quite large for the room size. There is a spa and fitness center in the hotel.

Breakfast was not included in the room price and it is exorbitant if one were to purchase it as an add-on, something like $25-$30 per person. In the meantime, just outside the hotel there is a nice coffee shop where you can buy a great breakfast for a small portion of that. The hotel does not have parking, although on Booking.com parking is listed as one of the amenities. Some of the staff were very friendly, whereas others were barely capable of giving monosyllabic responses.

Bathrom floor could have been more wheelchair friendly. Transferring from a chair to the toilet the floor was too smooth and the chair moved. There was nothing to hold onto on a very wide bed which is difficult for a paraplegic. I was unable to pay for the room even though I had booked it. I understand that very kindly someone else paid, but as I was the guest and the booker of the hotel I think my preference should have taken precedence.

I received a smoking room, and that had impact on the general comfort (e.g. the air in the room was not very good). It is true that I was informed about the fact that they cannot guarantee a non-smoking room, when I made the booking

The location is on point with everything at a walking distance. This is a must when traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Only thing is keeping me from rating a 10 is the elevator. The elevator could only fit 2 people, so if you have a bunch of luggage, be prepared with to do multiple trips.

Ideally located next to train station - I mean less 5 min door to door. Check-in was quick but photocopying of passport is as quick - I was asked to rerturn later - not a huge issue but one expects it all to be done there and then like any other hotel. Room was spotless, aircon perfect, single bed was so comfortable, I had a snooze the moment I arrived at 5pm and woke up at 9pm!! Room size was fine for my one night stay. Breakfast selection was very good. Order coffee a Barista style.

The shower en-suite let's face it was cramped. One night was dobale. However all necessary toiletries provided. The lifts are tiny. Two person size - it's a challenge to squeeze lifts into 18th/ 19th building - hats off that they succeeded. Bravo/ Brava a tutti.

An excellent hotel. Just across the train station. Comfortable room with kettle, teas and coffee, some with a little balcony, excellent choice of additional services, and friendly efficient staff.

the room i stayed in was outdated. and very dark. i expected more from a 4 star hotel, especially when i compare this with other countries, where a 3 star in ukraine is better than a 4 star in Turin.

room was clean but bathroom was shabby and in need of updating - shower was disappointing though functional bed was rather uncomfortable and air conditioning was a bit ineffectual

Hotel with a special "old taste charm" that gives a very special atmosphere to the stay. Beautiful carpets, chandeliers, armchairs and statues adorn both the common areas and the rooms. Pretty good breakfast, position just next to main train station, very comfortable beds, not expensive for a **** hotel... what more?

Everything ok!

Excellent location within the city centre and very easy to reach weather one is travelling by train or from the airport. Staff was always very helpful. We stayed one week and we shall go back to the hotel next time we will visit Turin again.
