The hotel is located in the block immediately to the east of the main railway station, Porta Nuova, and there is a metro station within Porta Nuova. The hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk of several of the city's museums, including the Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Madama, the Museum of Modern Art, and the museums of the Royal Palace. Within the same walking range are my favorite squares, Piazza San Carlo and Piazza Castello. Breakfast includes all the standard North Italian options. As a lacto-ovo-vegetarian, I was happy with their selection of yogurts and cheeses. I liked their muesli too.

This was a short one-night solo trip, and I my main requirement was the location (near the station). It's about 30 seconds from the station, so can hardly be closer. I had a single room but it was warm (in December) and cozy. Hotel reception was super efficient and friendly, and the inside is clean and nicely decorated. I'd 100% stay here again if I'm in town needing something near the station. It was a short walk to other nice areas, but also the area near the hotel itself is quite lively with restaurants and pubs nearby. The shower was really good and the bathroom was spotless. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

It's near a train station, so like in most cities, can feel a bit frisky in the evening. It was very bustling though so I didn't feel unsafe walking back to the hotel after midnight alone.

The family room was very spacious and clean, furniture was new and air conditioning working as expected during quite hot weather. Very good breakfast with many options, helpful personnel, large bathroom. Good location nearby the main train station (Porta Nuova) and very close to the city center (walking distance, few minutes).

Everything was excellent, except one thing: the single layer windows did not insulate well from the busy and noisy Vittorio Emanuele II boulevard outside. An upgrade is needed in this respect - maybe it's already foreseen, and probably this is a non-issue for the back-facing rooms.

Location is ideal for the train station and airport bus stop (no direct train link at this time), reason for booking this Best Western hotel, trusted brand, price and location. Staff where tentative and spoke fluent English vs my non-existent Italian. Room décor could do with an update, to match up with the modern bathrooms, but did not affect the stay. Ideal for low cost solo stay, but would opt for another hotel if taking the partner. That's a personal choice, though.

Nothing that would prevent me booking again for myself. Due to my early flight time, was unable to take breakfast, so can't provide any feedback for that.

The hotel is at a brilliant central location only 3' walk from the bus stop to the airport and 15'-30' walk from all main attractions. The room was spacious and the bathroom was pristine clean and big. The gym was fantastic and clean and the spa as well. Breakfast was good in terms of selection and quality. Staff were courteous and saved us from being mugged upon arrival :( . Would recommend this place.

The room had a terrible smell that nothing could remove (tried leaving balcony doors open for hours but still) and the odour was prominent when other room doors were open for cleaning. That was something really offputing. The balcony was unkempt and a hazard (the tent was loose and broken, the tiles were dirty and the rails were rusty) and the back view was terrible (needs a revamp.. such a shame). We had to pay extra for using the spa (£30) and had to book an appointment of which we were not advised upon arrival and do not remember it being mentioned on the advert.

We booked the hotel without breakfast, we took advantage of the nearby cafes. The location of the hotel is excellent, cross one road and are in the main center of the city with shops, cafes and restaurants. One minute walk from a train station, two minutes walk from a bus stop to the airport. The hotel staff was excellent, they helped us with every question we had.

Everything was excellent

I liked that the style and decor was in keeping with the age of the building - one of the many with an arcade outside at the front of the building - I was imagining that I was staying over one of the sets from 'The Italian Job'! Nice breakfast with a fair amount of choice available early - from 7am. Very close to one of the main stations if travelling to other towns and cities, and otherwise most sights in Turin are walkable from there. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day.

The only thing I didn't like was the fruit juice at Breakfast - it was the sort with added sugar.

The location is perfect, I had an extremely large and spacious room. Good breakfast with many local products

Wi-Fi didn't work very well in the room. The curtains in the room are a little dusty. Noise from the street due to poor soundproofing and fixtures

Location next to the station and to San Salvario with its trendy restaurants and cocktail bars, nice and clean rooms (some facing a big, typical, romantic Turin courtyard), friendly and laid-back staff -including at check out at 4:30 in the morning!

Lightning in the room is a bit all or nothing: "all" meaning train station type white neons lights, even by the bed side. And the elevators are old, slow, loud, bumping and therefore pretty scary. Generally speaking, the common areas would need a fresh-up

Nice place, maybe a little hold, but, as for my stay, I received a large room, comfy bed, water and amenities, and the like ... I stayed only 1 night and I was interested in reaching two places far away by about 1 km in opposite directions. I didn't test breakfast as I preferred to sleep a bit more and then I rushed to the meeting.
