The hotel room is nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. I had my bed done every morning. Clean towels every day, as well. The hotel staff were really helpful, trying to even speak my language or find somebody that speak's my language and helped me with the invoice. If it wasn't the place, I would have rated the property with a 9.

The location is shady, with lots of homeless people outside and dubious things happening. I usually crossed the street right away (there is a crossing in front of the hotel's doors). The days were shorter since I wanted to be back before night time. The leaving from the hotel was also an adventure itself, since I had to leave early in the morning and I had to fight my fears regarding the night activities in the area.

Overall a very good hotel for one night. in the center, right next to the train station. Good access to public transport. Helpful staff. The neighborhood seems unfriendly but rather safe. We came back in the evening and no one bothered us. There is a train station and a police station in front of the hotel.

Arriving by train, the hotel is just beside the station (you can exit the station directly into Via Nizza). My room was clean, plain, and had high-quality furniture. The breakfast buffet had plenty of pastries, fruit and cereals. Good location to reach the old town and the river. I could leave my luggage whilst exploring the park on my last day.

The room might have been a bit more colouful and cosier. I got a good price deal with Booking.com, I thought, but was confused / disappointed when the second of my two-night stay was a fair bit more expensive. If I'd seen the price breakdown per night, that would have helped manage my expectations.

Breakfast surely the strong point here as the position. Friendly cleaning staff. Friendly staff. Cant be more central. AMAZING BREAKFAST!!!! Bathroom tiny, old, dangerous, so worn it feels dirty. Same with room. Bed linen and walls and floor feels dirty. Maybe just the many years use. Not sure corners is really cleaned, most likely just quick sweeping surfaces and hoovering. Bit noisy surroundings outside which is normal so close to train station.

Amazing breakfast. Great real Italian coffee! Juices, croissants, salami, ham, all you need to start a wonderful day in Turin. Excelent location, walk distance to center, start free walking tour 50m as like bus stop from airport 50m from hotel. The breakfast was amazing! The hosts were the most wonderful and fun beings on the planet! I would go out of my way to stay there again! Right across from the train station, do not out of the way fir anything as well!!! Really wonderful!

Bed a little hard, but many people like that, I like a mushy bed. :)

Good location. Just near the train station- just cross the road and you're there. Perfect if you're coming after a long trip by train. All the main sights are reachable. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is great (mostly italian-style). I booked a room for single, but it was very spaceous.

The area is not the most sympathic, especially at later hours, but it is what you would expect to have near the train station.

Next to Station and Metro, bus and tram links. A few of streets away from good shopping and historical Palazzo. Although at Station, area safe and clean. Good choice for Breakfast.

The staffs were gentle

Someone was shouting in the room beside mine like as if he was at his house, I thought they would have cautioned him but he disturbed the entire night, apart from this everything was cool.

The people at the reception are super friendly and try to help you every time on the suggestions about the city attractions.
