A beautifully designed hotel with a facade and lobby in Roman style to match the actual Roman ruins outside. Interesting staircase which slopes down the inside of the lobby, with details and photographs of existing medieval Turin. I had a quiet room overlooking the central courtyard. Breakfast available until midday on weekends.

A nice selection of loose teas on the breakfast buffet, but no teapots, mugs, glasses or strainers with which to drink the teas. The head waiter eventually brought me a mug with a detachable strainer. The same process was repeated the following day.

Room was very clean, I love the bath tube so I felt very lucky to have It in my room and I used It twice. Breakfast buffet offers wide selection of fresh and delicious products, staff at breakfast room Is just perfect, professional and smiling. The view on top terrace is very nice, the position of the hotel is 10/10

Our room was a little bit smaller than what we thought and unfortunately we had a room next to the cleaning staff room so early in the morning we heard some noise. I would have preferred a warmer welcome from the receptionists but I guess it Is because of the standard check-in rules they have to follow.

The location is great right next to the historical center of Turin and close to one of the biggest flea markets of the city. Very easy access to bus and tramway lines to travell across the city. Close to many restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as advertised on the pictures. The staff was helpful and competent overall. Very nice breakfast with custom egg orders. The hotel has a very nice feel with all the wood and this peculiar architecture (the stair case above the lobby area is like a giant pit or a sort of medieval tower). Nice panoramic view on the 5th floor.

Coffee orders at breakfast sometimes took too long to come or were forgotten. Some staff members need a bit of training there. As this is an international-standard hotel, there should be robes and slippers by default in all the rooms. The gym was just a tiny room with a few weights and treadmills, could be better. Some rooms on the 1st floor had some small insulation issues (tiny gap in the ceiling, should be sealed), and we had a problem with a broken light (could not be turned off), had to switch rooms. An ugly administration building sits right in front of the hotel on the East side, blocking the view to the royal palace.

The hotel is very nice and much better than it appears in the pictures. The room is spacious with quality mattress and sheets. Everything is new. It is very well located to explore Turin on foot. There is a parking lot just on the corner if you arrive by car. We have visited several times Turin and I absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is a modern facility with lots of amenities. The location is one block from all major attractions including the shroud of Turin. Great breakfast and insight parking. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bath and shower are very dangerous for older travelers. No grab bars, high step in tub and no shower mat. The bar and lounge were not staffed adequately. Excellent breakfast. Great location.

Location of the hotel was good near all points of interest. The breakfast had plenty of varied food which would suit anyone. We upgraded our room so we had our own terrace really worth it as the weather was great.

We were checking in gave our dates and where told they didn't have the dates we requested. I showed the receptionist my confirmation and said the interface between Booking.com and the hotel had not gone through.

Absolutely loved my stay in this fabulous beautiful hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of most of the attractions, museums, shops and restaurants, I’m glad I chose this hotel for a wee city break. The staff were polite, lovely, helpful and gave us information about the locality. It was clean and the air conditioning was a godsend . Complimentary confectionary and flavoured water was an added bonus on retuning from an afternoon excursion. Complimentary toiletries were also lovely - I forgot to ask who provided them as I loved the fragrance. All in all a superb hotel , highly recommended and would definitely book this hotel if I ever returned to Turin.

Everything was great

.Location is 5' walk away from Palazzo Madama, the Castle, and shopping streets as via Roma, straight to the train station. Train station is around 25-30' walk. There are plenty of opened bars and restaurants around, even in August. Room (we chose an XL bedroom) had a small terrace opened to a small street (not too noisy) Most rooms have windows towards an outdoor courtyard where guests can have breakfast. All equipment is there even bathrobe and sleepers Parking is underground and linked directly to the hotel. Few steps are there from it to elevator (pity for disable people). Hotel parking with closed doors offers few places but public parking is also available on lower floors. Breakfast buffet is huge. Price for the room, breakfast and parking was 240e which is great compared to many European city hotel I stayed.

The continental breakfast choices were good but the hot food didn’t look appetising so I didn’t try it. If they provided boiling water for tea I would have given them excellent but here they failed I’m afraid. It’s not that hard to provide boiling water

See above regarding the tea and hot water. Also, in the room they never replenished the tea bags and in 3 days that’s pretty poor.

A charming hotel in a fab location. An old building is lovingly restored, boasts breathtaking views from the rooftop, and has a character. Very good breakfast. Underground parking is available directly in the hotel’s building

False fire alarm in the morning wasn’t amusing :) but that’s a one off I hope. The interior, the staff, the breakfast are a bit random. The hotel looks kind of deserted. The impression we got was: either they just opened (changed owner), or are about to close. Nothing particularly bad about it, just a strange feeling.
