The building is a just a quick taxi ride away from the train station. The B&B is on the top floor of an amazing 16th century building with exterior frescoes in the inner court. There are lots of stairs, so not for those out of shape, elderly or adverse to climbing 450 year old marble steps. Our rooms were very charming and had amazing retro modern Italian furniture and fixtures. The beds had great linens and were comfy. Windows open on to terraces or look out onto inner courts of other historic buildings. It's in the ideal location for seeing Torino...we walked everywhere. There are countless restaurants, cafes, groceries, shopping, etc all right outside the door. The host(s) treat you like family and are very lovely and great hostesses and promoters of beautiful Turin/Torino. It was a special stay.

It was very hot, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor terraces, but that is of no fault of the hosts. No complaints.

This is a beautiful B&B run by the wonderful team of Emma and her mum. We had one of the half dozen comfortable a/c rooms opening onto a well-shaded L-shaped terrace overlooking a 16th century courtyard, which opens onto the Via Stampetori, a narrow cobbled street in the old town, perfectly situated for restaurants, bars, and idle strolling. The street leads onto the main precinct of Via Garibaldi. It is an easy 25 minute walk from either of the main train stations, 30 minutes walk from the long-distance bus stop. There is easy access on foot to the museums, churches, river, and the colonnaded shopping streets which are such a feature of Turin. The B&B is quiet and safe. It is reached by a broad stone staircase accessed through the courtyard. There is comfortable seating on the terrace, plus a communal sitting/dining room if the weather is poor. The breakfast is highly recommended. If you want a standard hotel room then look elsewhere. This B&B is unique and very special.

Our host, Emma, was extremely helpful and always available either in person or via text. The B&B is located on the second floor of a 16th century palazzo with beautiful frescoes on the courtyard walls. The palazzo is in the historic district, just one block from one of the main shopping districts. We were able to walk to many attractions, including the Egyptian Museum and the Royal Palace, as well as the starting points for our several food tours. The room was not large, but it was wonderfully clean and comfortable. We never tried the breakfast as Torino has so many wonderful places for a quick cappuccino and a pastry.

Loved everything about this gorgeous b&b. Great location, comfortable room, decent sized bathroom. Especially loved the outside breakfast terrace. The owner went out of her way to make sure I had gluten free breakfast. Turin is a fascinating city, not hugely on the tourist trail. We loved being right in the city centre, and in such a tranquil spot all at the same time.

Parquet flooring is beautiful but noisy at night when you’re trying to creep about quietly! Be aware that the B&B is 4 flights of stairs up with no lift available.

A unique property centrally located in a quiet area of the old town. A handful of rooms set around a second floor roof-top terrace overlooking a courtyard, and with an abundance of heavily scented jasmine, climbing roses and bougainvillea adding a beautiful splash of colour. This historical property and its frescoed walls instantly created a relaxed atmosphere.

There is nothing to dislike about the property, although I imagine those guests that struggle on steps may find the climb to the second floor accommodation something of a challenge. However, your arrival on the wonderful terrace definitely makes the effort a price worth paying.

The location is superb. The facade of the building is beautiful. The rooms are all on the top floor of the building which by the look of it was the attic or servants quarter. Very charming, extremely clean. We only stayed for one night which means we did not get the best room, as this is a BnB every room layout is different. Ours was in a two bedroom flat where the living room was shared with another guest. Would we have stayed longer a bigger room would have been more comfortable. The breakfast is an eye-catcher at first look, quality over quantity would have been more preferable. Oh, it is really quiet and the bed is very comfy and with good bedding. I run a BnB myself back home and it is always a pleasure to visit others, this one was one of them.

The corridor in our room was a bit strange with a lot of dead-space. The breakfast is great if you like a lot of sweet stuff in the morning but for us it was not preferable. Only one toilet paper roll. No place to hang your towels. Small room with no place to put your luggage.

Breakfast excellent, bed comfortable, the owner was marvelous and helpful. Historic property added interest, yet the modernization of rooms and bathrooms has been done very well. Easy to walk out door and be in the center of things, yet very quiet. We would have enjoyed staying here longer; once you are situated, the location is great.

As there is no elevator, hauling luggage up the many stairs was not easy. The owner helped, which was lovely. The location is a mixed bag; it is in a pedestrian area and therefore not so easy to find, and one would still have to walk a block or two after being dropped off by a taxi.

The property is stunning, from the gorgeous architecture to the quiet garden, relaxing balcony to enjoy the sun and perfect location only a short walk to the centre. Elena our host was exceptional, we don’t speak any Italian b it she did so we’ll communicating with us in English as best she could, very accommodating and kind. Emma was very helpful giving us great locations and restaurants to visit as well as keeping in contact throughout our stay to help whenever needed. If we are ever back in Turin we would definitely stay here again, we absolutely loved it. Grazie mille Elena ed Emma, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno.

Can’t fault anything, we have a great stay!

Lovely apartment in the heart of the old city in a pedestrian only street. We had a double room on the second floor of this old Palazzo opening onto a terrace round two sides of the lovely inner courtyard. Breakfast was served on the terrace and each room had its own table with flowering plants round it. Delicious breakfast with fruit, croissants, yogurt, cakes etc. The location was 10 minutes from the Royal Palace and major sights. Our host gave us restaurant recommendations and we ate twice at the Scodelle, two minutes from the apartment. Delightful staff and great food. The pizza place next door was excellent too with such a variety of dishes made from bread dough. We would stay again happily. The apartment was on the second floor but the staff brought our luggage up.

All good.

Very unique place to stay- stunning top floor of a unique and historic building right in the centre of Turin. Rooftop terrace which is lovely throughout the day to sit and relax, have breakfast etc. Bedrooms are off the roof terrace through wonderful double doors. It feels like a very special place to stay. Rooms are simple but tastefully designed. Very clean. Large sized bed. We had one of the double bedrooms in the corner which was out of the way. Bathroom was very clean, spacious with a beautiful big window. Location is great- fantastic restaurants and bars all around you. Minutes from some of the big squares and historic sights of the city. Very friendly welcome and explanation of the room and the communal areas you are free to use. They even sell the lovely soaps and diffusers they have in the rooms (which smelt amazing and I regret not buying one!)/ Breakfast looked lovely, but sadly we were there for 1 night and had to leave early the next morning for our plane. They serve it on the beautiful vine covered roof terrace outside. Next time we'd definitely try it. Check-in time of 1pm is also a god send!

The stairs were fine for us, but it's at the very top of the building (3/4 flights up stone steps), so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this might not be one for you. Bathroom was lovely, but ours had an upper glass window all around it, which meant if you want to use it at night and switch the light on it would illuminate the entire bedroom and there was no way to avoid it. Bed and pillows were adequate but not the comfiest- pretty firm and I like firm! Be aware it has a lot of original doors and windows so it's not soundproof. I think if you want something charming and unique it's a wonderful place to stay, but if you're used to a 'normal hotel' it might not be the place for you.
