Checked in on 9th Nov 2023, at around 3pm++ , I met the most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, his name is Mr Elkat , The hotel is lovely and with great staff give the hotel a great first impression. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Walking distance to all the church. Specially if you are here to visit the Shroud of Turin. Just a 4 min walk.

A quiet very well run and convenient hotel, close to the main attractions-friendly staff made us feel welcome, very clean and old fashioned Italian in a good way-food for both breakfast and dinner was fine -we were very pleased with this little gem

Not the hotels fault but there was a rumbling noise from the underground which started at 5 30 am but we soon got used to it

Superb location, great staff always helpful, decent breakfast, room serviced daily, walking distance to many must see attractions. Close to several restaurants.

My bed had uncomfortable springs in the middle. The balcony could have been an asset but was neglected with dead plants, an old AC unit, and an unusable double sun lounger.

The location was just perfect. Really close to the main square, market and lovely restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with the ability to make your own fruit juices. Rooms was really comfortable too.

Sometimes you could hear the tramline. But that is not very noticeable unless you are a very sensitive sleeper.

Excellent location, very close to museums and centre. 20 minute walk from station. Good breakfast and nice little restaurant. Clean and quiet. Good bathroom. Pleasant and professional staff in a family run hotel.

Many like firm mattresses, but a bit too firm for me!! This is just personal preference.

Excellent location - close to the central market, duomo, Holy Shroud church etc. Efficient and helpful staff. Big and quiet room.. Good breakfast and WiFi too. Hotel restaurant with Puglia cuisine very good.

Negative There was no safe in the room as written.

Perfect location. Walkable to all the major sights. The single room was of decent size. The windows do a good job in sound proofing. Didn’t hear anything from the trams outside. Breakfast was good.

The furniture is a bit old. There’s no lift; only stairs. Staff do their jobs but not particularly welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The decor is a little old-fashioned, true, but this only adds to its charm, with some nteresting objects and old photos in the breakfast room. The location is perfect, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike but a kettle in the room would be a nice touch.

walking distance to the city center

no elevator. had to climb the stairs with the luggage. fortunately bell hops able to help with that. parking was secure but very difficult to access.

An excellent location, the restaurant was great and the rooms were clean. The staff were very welcoming.

The booking.com listing said that there will be a safe in the room and there was no safe.
