Second stay at this hotel and the last was 2015. In this time it has certainly moved up a level in service, cleanliness and friendliness. Superb room, very comfortable and superbly provided for, even a full shaving kit in the bathroom, which was a blessing. The breakfast was excellent and super friendly staff with great Espressos. The Restuarant/Bar that are part of the hotel was also excellent food and wine with informative and friendly staff, we at there three times during our visit and all was wonderful.

The Wifi was good but seemed to slow down at times, probably when lots of users on the line, not the end of the world.

Building is modern and clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice, and the hotel has a bar as well as a restaurant which offers very good dinners at reasonable price. The hotel is just outside Udine, and a public transport 5 minutes away from hotel takes you to the centre of town in about 10 minutes, also to central train station with connections to Venezia and Trieste (check times at reception, and tickets can be bought from Tobacconist, across the road). Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Car park included.

Quiet spot with great parking. Modern design. Nice staff, good breakfast, great wifi. The simple minimalist design was pleasant and convenient - lights, plugs etc.

The frosted glass bathroom door didn't close properly or stay shut; in a smallish room that's not great... The bathroom fixtures were needing replacing and the whole room needs a coat of paint.

Really nice and comfortable hotel. It has everything you need for short staying in Udine - free parking place, clean rooms, good breakfast, kind staff, peaceful environment....everything for reaaonable price

The breakfast was excellent. Everything imaginable for breakfast is on offer and tastes great. The location of the hotel is decent. The lady who prepares breakfast speaks perfect English, is very kind and tries to make sure that the guests don't miss anything. Parking is free and very close to the hotel (20m).

Great breakfast and nice rooms with comfy beds. Right next to the bus stop so traveling to city center is very easy.

The door of the room didn't go all the way down (there was a few cm gap) so light and noise from the hallway could be heard but it's not really much of a problem.

Parking and room were great. We got welcomed with balloons and swans in our room since I told them we were travelling for honeymoon. Staff treated us really nicely.

Breakfast is lacking a bit of variety but what was included was very good and still abundant.

Modern and clean place. good location for those who travel North-South. Parking and WiFi perfect. Very good breakfast and charming staff. Definitely stay here again!
