Best airport hotel we have ever stayed at worldwide! The hotel staff are very helpful and attended to all of our needs.From calling a very popular restaurant in Venice to book a table, making sure we had a taxi to the restaurant and organising our shuttle to the airport. Ensuring a stress free stay before we left for home. A special shout out to Leonardo for taking the time to give us all the information we needed and sharing his knowledge of the local area. He also makes a great vermouth cocktail. All in all the consumate host! Note: We had an early flight and although the hotel is only a 5 minute ride, the airport was very busy and security was gridlocked, so I would recommend to anyone else to make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare!

Beautiful room overlooking the field and the Dolomites in the distance. Quiet. The staff was excellent. Helpful, courteous and positive. The room itself was handsome: Crisp linens, a beautiful bathroom, simple warm design. At 3:30 the next morning the taxi arrived within 3 minutes of the call from the front desk.

We would have preferred 2 pillows for each of us. Also, we would make information readily available online about which bus (#5) to take from Piazzale Roma and which bus stop at which to exit the bus for the walk to the hotel. (We ended up having to walk with our luggage from the airport. The bus driver wasn’t helpful.)

Convenient location close to Marco Polo Airport. Evening meal was excellent, and, to be honest far exceeded my expectations both in terms of quality and value for money for an "Airport Hotel". The room was spacious enough and clean. Both concierges at check in and check out were extremely helpful - especially check out, allowing a stay in the lounge to work whilst awaiting my flight, and even providing an adapter from a standard Euro plug to the local slightly narrower Italian version.

Not much really. There was little room to work in the room I had, and the bathroom was a little small, with nowhere for the shower bag to be stored.

Beautiful rooms and tranquil for being so close to the airport. You'd think you were in the countryside. We were kindly shuttled to a local restaurant in the evening for free as their restaurant was closed. Handy for shuttle to airport in the morning at an added cost of €5 pp.

The reception was quite haphazard and reminded us of faulty towers. We were abruptly told upon arrival that half the staff were off work sick and he was under duress. The restaurant was closed, so no food was available until a shuttle at 630pm that evening to a local restaurant (this was at 1030am in the morning). We understand this was all beyond his control. Warning: Do not try and walk to or from this lovely hotel as surrounded by busy motorways!

The lobby was clean as was the restaurant and all common areas. The room was very large and very clean. They had a selection of pillows and I was able to sleep very comfortably. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel was perfectly quiet. We ate. Dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. The staff was polite and friendly and helpful.

I thought €10 per person for each shuttle trip to the airport was a lot. I think €5 a person would be more appropriate. Also, I don’t believe the fee was disclosed at the time of booking or even when I requested it. It was only when they sent an email welcoming us on the day before arrival that the fee was mentioned. Also, I expected to be dropped off closer the Airport entrance instead of a distance away in the parking lot.

The location is premium and most convenient to the airport. The 100+ year old farm turned hotel is just lovely and the rooms are extremely well insulated and quiet. No planes or cars heard! Superior in cleanliness and comfort. Ample breakfast options and the dining room is open again since it was closed during the pandemic. It is a perfect stop to catch the early morning flights. Breakfast is served beginning 4:30 am. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport for €5 per person, one way, from 4:00 am - 23:00. This is quite convenient. I recommend this charming hotel as your overnight stop for the airport or even a few nights if you are interested in visiting Old Venice. You can catch water taxis from the airport - though these may be more expensive than other available options. Plan accordingly. My husband and I are older now - sometimes we allow ourselves the extra cost for the added convenience. I adore staying at the Annia Park Hotel for its proximity to the airport, its charm, peaceful and quiet and so comfortable! The staff is wonderfully pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. It is 5 minutes from the Marco Polo airport with shuttle service. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast was free and enjoyable. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, so they shuttled us for free to a pizzaria in Tessera. Wonderful food. Highly recommend if you need to catch an early flight.

The shuttle pickup is not at arrivals. We were told to walk to Parking 2. The signs were confusing and we ended up walking much further than needed. The shuttle bus passed us up and we had to chase him down. Better instructions for pickup is needed.

A pleasantly appointed hotel in a modernised farmhouse, the nearest location to the airport if you need an overnight stay. The shuttle service at €5 pp each way is efficient. As it was Sunday night and the restaurant was closed, they drove us to a very pleasant local restaurant nearby and back.

The written and verbal directions to the shuttle pickup point at the airport should be clarified: it is neither Car Park 2 nor as close to a prominent white tower as possible, but 50 yards further on from the tower at the next car park.

Almost but not walking distance from the airport. Clean comfortable room and great bathroom.

Shuttle was cumbersome in both directions. For a property across the street from an airport like Venice Marco Polo, the shuttle requires intimate knowledge of the parking lots when arriving, and is not on any schedule. It requires sign-up in advance when departing except it fills up even when you reserve. If your main business is VCE airport travelers the shuttle is not an afterthought. The fact that it's EU 5 extra each way shows you don't think it's important; make it part of your actual offering and treat it like it's the first and last thing your customers experience (because it is).

Airport shuttle wonderful. Very close to the airport. Hotel reception excellent. Marvellous dinner and breakfast. The hotel has an excellent bar area. The room was a good size, very comfortable and very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing. The gentleman at reception on our arrival was very accommodating and during the evening he proved to be a wonderful host and also attended the bar. His name is Roberto. A very nice man and obviously passionate regarding this hotel.
