The most that I like from this property is the proximity of Marco Polo airport. Is very good to do and overnight to take a flight and also they give you a ride to the airport for a small fee..

The restaurant are a little far away, yo need to walk like 15min to get to the closed rest/bar and also all the restaurants delivering start at 7:30pm, so if you arrived early and hungry you need to walk to get food due to the hotel has no restaurant .

The location to the airport was very good. We drove our car to the rental return for an early morning flight. We did take their free shuttle to the restaurant just down the street. The food there was very adequate and the ease of relaxing before the flight was great. There is a lift to transport you to all the rooms on the second floor. Our rooms were large and the bathrooms were excellent.

Our room was very dark. The lighting was from two tiny bedside lamps and a dim overhead light. The breakfast was coffee and a croissant (at 4:30 a.m.) I don't know if that would change if you were eating at a more normal hour.

Comfortable hotel a few minutes from the airport with a shuttle (for a fee to go to the airport). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. My teenager and younger child both enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. I sat in the sauna. Amazingly quiet even being so close to the airport. We arranged a shuttle to take us to the airport at 5am. Neither my Uber nor taxi app showed anything available, so we're thankful for the hotel shuttle.

It wasn't the easiest getting to the hotel. We were coming from Venice. The hotel staff told us that from the boat station we take a bus to a certain bus stop (there was no taxi or Uber), and it was a bit of a walk to the hotel from the bus station. It wasn't a big deal for my family, but wanted to point that out, in case you have little kids or elderly people.

Marco Polo AirPort is a great place to land for international travelers. It’s a small airport and customs was a breeze. We requested the shuttle from Ca’Tessera. Directions were given to us on how to let them know we were ready for pickup. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also asked them to rake us to the train station when it was time to leave so we could continue on our Italian journey. 15 Euros for the airport and 30 for the train transport for two people. It is possible to take the bus, but after 16 hours of travel, we were too tired. Bus into Venice is a quick 20 mins and the bus stop is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Buy your tickets at the tabacco shop right there. It’s a clean, smooth, affordable ride. Locals and staff are fabulous with speaking English and make you feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel for your before or after flight stays. Also, as others have noted, take advantage of the 10 Euro buffet breakfast. It is varied and delicious!

Bed was a little firm for my taste and the pillows were flat. I prefer a softer mattress and fluffier pillows but it didn’t bother my husband. Room was neat and clean.

From when we booked, Andy was really helpful in finding a suitable accessible room for us. When we arrived at the airport, the shuttle came very quickly and took us to the hotel. Both Andy and Clara were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay and sorted us out with an evening meal at the very good restaurant that is only a short free shuttle away (with a very friendly and polite driver). We both loved the traditional furnishings of the hotel. It would have been very nice to stay longer, not just for one night before our flight.

I loved this property! I’ve always wanted to stay in an old bed & breakfast and this one was great! The property was very clean and I found it to be very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, very filling. The breakfast wasn’t jncluded, we had to pay €10, but it was worth the money. The staff was pleasant and reliable. We reserved a shuttle to the airport and it was there ahead of time, that was great!

I didn’t like that there was nothing nearby. Getting to and from the Mestre train station was not fun. We had to pay €30 form the train station to the hotel every time we went anywhere. There is a bus station, but that wasn’t always reliable. It would be great if the hotel offered shuttles to & from the train station. It is very close to Marco Polo airport, so that is very convenient.

Cool 300 year old farm house. There were a lot of original features and furniture. The outside garden was very relaxing and the indoor pool was a treat. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and included fruit, veggies, eggs, meats and cheeses, different types of juices, tea coffee, pastries, etc. Full breakfast started at 7am. Before that there was coffee and croissants only. As there were not many restaurants close, they offered a free shuttle, in the evening, to a pizzeria nearby. There was also croissants, apples, oranges and bottled water for guests on a table near the check-in. Their airport shuttle option was 15€ for up to 2 people plus 5€ per extra person. This hotel was fairly easy to get to from the Mestre Train Station by taking the #15 bus and getting off at Tessera Central bus stop. From that bus stop there was an easy 10 min walk to the hotel.

This is an extremely old building with thin walls and squeaky floors but great charm. The AC unit in our room was very noisy so the manager shut it off for us, but because of that it was a little warm at night.

Lovely classic and beautiful Italian villa close to Marco Polo Airport. Shuttle service from the airport was great for our first night in Italy before we traveled to Florence from there. Staff was helpful in coordinating a reasonably priced shuttle to Mestre station where we got the train. Upon arrival, staff provided fresh figs from a beautiful tree out front and also croissants and water. Had a free shuttle to and from a nice place to eat and drink called Torre Antica Restaurant. Elevator to the second floor rooms was useful with all our luggage. Wish we had time to use the pool!

The hotel was very charming and beautiful. It was located less that a 20 minute walk from the airport. I arrived very early due to a flight and the staff were wonderful and got me into a different room as my room was not ready. I had just planned to leave my luggage and go sigh seeing, so this was a welcome suprise after a 8 hour flight. There were two bus stops located by the hotel, which allows for public transit. I took the bus #5 directly to the Venice Island and spend the afternoon sightseeing and same bus back for 3 euro. It took about 30 minutes with all the stops, but was well worth the cost. The breakfast was also lovely. Lots of choices from meats and breads, to my favorite. Lots of fruit. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who needs to be close by the airport for maybe a long layover or just to save some money. If your sight seeing, with the bus route, (also the bus #5 goes to the airport, one stop away) it's perfect.

The staff were very friendly. The gentleman at the reception in the morning guided us to take the bus to the city centre and train from St Lucia station. He was kind and patient enough to guide us on the directions as well as transport needs. Kudos to the staff!!

Though it’s near the airport, the location seemed out of the way and difficult for us as we had bit of luggage and had to drag it all the way to the nearest bus stop. Anyone with less less luggage maybe okay.
