Lovely place in a lovely quite area, wonderful super helpful staff (thank you very much Hassan, very helpful, he gave us a lovely room and huge thank you for food recommendation, the restaurant color was fantastic, the best pasta we had!). The room was clean and nice!

The overall experience with this accommodation was simply great. We received a free upgrade to a larger room, which had a really nice view of the park with trees and green vegetation. The room was nicely clean and comfortable, and its amenities included a fridge, which came in very handy for storing some food. The hotel was also conveniently close to the airport, and there was a direct bus shuttle to the city center of Venice. Nonetheless, the most positive aspect of this place was our receptionist, Hassan, who was extremely helpful, kind, and exuded overwhelmingly positive and uplifting energy.

Lovely room, air con was great and bathroom was clean with a nice shower. We had a lovely welcome upon arrival with directions to local food places and information on how to get the bus to Venice easily. Perfect for a short stay whilst visiting Venice.

My aunt and uncle, for whom I made the reservation, do not speak English and struggled to check in at first, but the English-speaking person at the desk tried very hard to help them and kept in contact with me and even gave them an upgrade. Very considerate staff.

The room was very clean and good looking. The hotel is close to a few bus stations and that makes it easy to get to Venice. There is a Lidl at around 10 minutes of walking and also a bike parking where you can rent a bike.

We booked the hotel due to a flight cancellation. Arriving at the hotel with my children & my 78 year old dad after a very stressful day at the airport. And making the decision to book our own hotel due to the lack of customer care by the airline. We were met by Hasin, he was professional & attentive putting us at ease immediately. Thre rooms were spacious, immaculately clean & the bathrooms were to the same standard. 7mins max from Marco Polo airport. Thank you to Hasin & his team you made an unexpected stay, very enjoyable & restful just what we needed.

Food is not available but within 2mins walk there are lovely Italian cafes & bars, very inexpensive.
