The staff was very pleasant. There are a couple of rooms in the complex, with two separate shared bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath). The room we had been assigned to had a small fridge where you could keep any food or beverage that you bring to the complex. A shared kitchen with a small terrace where you can hang wet clothing and a washing machine. Everything was super clean once we arrived and throughout our short stay. A big plus is that the place is very close to the train station, so you can plan your travel to Venice or anywhere close without worrying about running around a lot. There is a mini market just next to the building, and also a cafe/restaurant just across the street.

Depending on the guests, of course the toilets themselves might be messy. In particular we didn't like that some guests just refused to bring the toilet seat up when needed. This is not the fault of the place or the staff, but with people that do not have a shred of common sense that they are not alone, and do not clean after themselves. Just to be safe, bring a small alcohol bottle so that you can wipe the surface if needed.

Our host, Alamgir, was extremely gracious and helpful. The facilities are good. The kitchen is fine and well stocked with cookware. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine (very well stocked with coffee pods). The coffee machine is a godsend since I drink a lot of coffee. There is also a washing machine you can use for free. They don't have a dryer, but that seems like an European thing, so we took our washed laundry to a laundromat nearby for drying. Overall, I really liked this place.

The toilet leaked. It't the pipe that feeds the toilet, so it's clean water, not dirty water, but it's messy. We prefer one big bed, but got two twin beds instead. It's kind of OK, but the beds are very small.

The place is very close to the bus stops,railway station and airport shuttle! It was very clean and there was coffee machine!

The room for three is big enough but there was no table. There was kitchen in common but always occupied by others (there were 4 rooms rented by different people). So we had coffee and snacks standing in our room! The kitchen doesn't have a door and we could hear other guests talking in our room early in the morning and at night! There was no hot water at evenings!

The owner was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very comfortable, as if we were living alone in a huge house. We never met other people staying, we were able to use the bathrooms and kitchen as we wished. Bathroom and rooms were clean enough. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage there after our check out time. The location of the hotel was very good, you can get to Venezia in 10 minutes from the Mestre Stazione stop by bus number 2 and 7. Mestre Stazione stop takes around 20 minutes from Marco Polo airport, there are ticket shops under the building. I especially thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

The host. They were accommodating, very considerate. even helped with laundry (which was the main reason I picked here). the place was clean and comfortable. I saw lots of things about the bathroom and noise but I had no issue with either, even with keeping the window open at all times because of the heat. The bathrooms are clean, there is a ceiling fan, there is a small kitchen to cook at with fridge. Literally Right next to the station to get to Venice easily. has an elevator.

This place is perfect for all travelers - it's a stone's throw from both the bus and the train stations, super clean and with spacious rooms. It's located in an apartment building and the host will give you joint keys for the front door, the b&b's door and your room. It has a nice kitchen area and two bathrooms with showers. They'll keep your luggage for a couple hours after the checkout if you ask, too! :)

Only best feelings! Administrator meet me very early to check in, super polite , help with everything. Apartments is after the corner of central railwaystation , literally 100 meters from here , also flixbus and airport buses is super close. Inside is clean, enough towels and everything, 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms. My strong recommendations !!!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at BB Stay Station. First of all I have to say how amazing Yasmin was, she went above and beyond to help us with our couriered bags being delivered and was always in touch to keep us updated and informed. Check in was also made really easy by her great communication and she was very flexible with letting us leave our bags there after check out. The place itself was really clean and the beds were comfy. The location is excellent as it's right next to the bus and train station, so easy to hop on the train to Santa Lucia Stazione, and with a nice pizzeria just across the street. It made our short stay in Venice very convenient, highly recommended for a budget stay as it's excellent value for money. Thanks again Yasmin 🙏🏼

No problems at all

Location is very good for budget travelers. The hotel is very close to the last Train stop before reaching Venice main island. So for people with Aurorail passes they can trade-in cheaper hotel stay cost with a bit more travel time ( 10 min). The manager is very helpful and I had a request to find a place to print few pages of papers I needed to submit to my work during the vacation. The manager helped using his own printer. He is a very friendly guy and very accommodating

Kitchen could have more soup bowls

The host is super nice. We feel very happy living in his hotel. When we checked in he carefully showed us around the hotel and introduced us every facilities including the kitchen, shower room. He offers free tea, coffee and hot water to visitors. Because we lived for two nights, we also got a chance use the washing machine for free. Because we will go to the separate island of Venice and we can only come back to the hotel room very later, he did us a favor and helped us hanged the wet clothes out on the balcony. He also helped us find the power bank we left in the room and helped us keep it properly to wait for our friends in Italy to collect it. Besides, the hotel rooms, toilets, and shower rooms are very clean. BB Stay Station hotel is highly recommended.
