First of all, the rooms are just in enough size. Not too big, but also not so small. You don't really need more space for a short stays, like week or two. Hotel staff is really friendly, they do all they can to make your stay nice and complete. Location is perfect, a two minute walk from bus stop (which drives as little as 10 minutes to the main square in Venice) and about 6 from train station. A way better option than staying in overpriced hotels in Venice itself. Also a few interesting food options nearby (as the Michelle pizza - very good one)

The only thing that I did not like was a lack of refridgerator. I knew about it and though it's not a big deal, but when the heat can reach up to 35°C in hot days, it may be a big deal if you want to cool yourself with a cold drink. Although, everything else was perfect.

Because hotel close to railway station you can hear all trains that pass during night.My room had side to train staition .

New and modern hotel, the room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, right next to the train station so getting to Venice didn't take long.

The proximity to the trains was also a bad side as we could hear the noise, as well as the noise from other rooms.

The hotel is located in Mestre and this is the best choice to do (staying in Mestre) if you want to visit Venice for a short time (2-3 days). It is located only 5-7mins far from the Mestre Train Station and this is very good if you plan to come or go by train especially (but also closer to come or go from airport). You can easily take a bus right from the hotel (1min walk) to Venice (Piazzale Roma). It is a new hotel and very clean. There is room service everyday.

The facilities in the room could be improved with some additional ones (like a kettle for a coffee or tea). It was very cold in our room, even though we turned off the AC. The breakfast is for additional price (11euros) and there were only the basics (don't expect such a breakfast, think that you are in Italy).

The hotel was very reachable from the Mestre train station and bus stops nearby. The lounge was a very cozy atmosphere, the staffs were very nice to us, there were two lifts to the rooms. we stayed on the eighth floor (topmost) and had an amazing view. The room was spacious, modern and most importantly, pristine clean. The carpets were very clean, the bathrooms were also very clean and filled with all the essential amenities and enough towels. We were given two duvets and there was a modern room-climate control system. We were even allowed to check-in a bit early than the usual check-in time, as the room designated for us was already ready by the time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.

The breakfast option was a bit expensive for us, so we went over to one of the many nearby cafes for breakfast.

Good location and close to venice mestre train station and bus stop from the airport. From the hotel there is a 3 minute walk to venice mestre train station and 15 minto Venice Santa Lucia. Neighborhood and surroundings feel safe with good hotels and restaurants close by. Clean room, with good comfortable bed and pillows, good and quite A.C in the room. Water pressure and temperature from the shower was great. The breakfast for 11 euros is worthy since they have a full continental breakfast (eggs, ham, bacon, different types of bread, fruits, cereals, yogurts, cheese, juices, milk etc..) that is being restocked constantly and there is not really a cheaper option close that offers the same quantity and quality of food. They store your luggage in a secure room and give you a ticket for 5 euros, no matter how many bags are left. We will definitely come back here again.

There was no safe deposit box nor minifridge in the room to keep your water cold, but wasn't an issue for us.

Amazing services from front desk reception from check in to check out. Incredible well done.The hotel itself is exceptional very clean and organized.Thevroon came ready with everything we need such as safety box,Coffee makers, Refrigerator, Hairdryer and etc. Amazing comfortable bed we slept like a baby. They keep our room clean everyday and ready for us to come back. We have an amazing stay and would highly recommend everyone to stay here if you plan to visit Milano. 2 mn walk from Milano Train station. 7mn Train ride from Milano Train station to Duoma(4 stops ) Cost euro 2.20 per person .Train# M3

Closed to Milano Train Stazion 7mn M3 Train ride to Duomo and all destination. You can easily takingbAirporto T1 it T2 from Malpensa Airport to Milano Central by Train $13 PP And walk 2 mn to this hotel.. Super convenient. Many restaurants and bars and conversation store. Very safe area. Many meters parking around the hotel but make sure you park in the blue line as the yellow linw is for residential only.

It was our second visit in this hotel, I recommend for all the ppl who look for comfortable place after all day trip over Venice. Positive aspects: Reasonable price compares to hotel location, close to bus and train station from where you can be in Venice during next 10-15 min.or also take a train to other beautiful places like Verona or Padova etc. Ticket office located few meters from the hotel. Clean rooms are prepared for your come back on a daily basis, the team is very helpful and nice.

The room was nice and complete, and the facilities were very clean and complete as well. The included breakfast was very good, we had eggs, coffee, croissants, bread, yogurt and more. The staff was overall nice with us, and the cleaning crew did a great job with our room. The location is great if you want a cheap option to visit Venice and not stay in the island. Mestre is only a 10min (1,5€) train away which is easy to take.

We had an unpleasant experience with the LOUD noises of a neighbour hotel (or club, I don't really know), which remained throughout the night until 23 30 aproximately. This was a huge bummer, because up until that point the experience had been great. We didn't alert the staff about this, because we figured they couldn't do much about it. But, the Hotel should seriously consider talking to the neighbour establishment and make a petition to, at least, reduce the volume of their parties. I believe the sound was coming from AO Hotel next door.
