Nothing about hotel. It’s more related to bus (public transport) service from venice to hotel. It’s not on time, and you cannot rely on what map is showing. Bus no. 53E sometimes doesn’t go directly to hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting Venice. - 20 minutes bus 53E away from Venice bus station, bus comes at 1 hr interval, last bus back hotel is 0000 - very affordable and convenient option - room is clean, check-in is smooth and very very nice environment - quiet and serene view from the hotel. - catching the bus can be stressful sometimes because there’s only 1 bus per hour. - but considering its price, convenience and everything the hotel has to offer, there’s no reason not to consider it when you are looking for the most wallet-friendly option but without compromising much of ur venice experience Note: if you are looking to see sunrise at Venice, the bus arrive as early as 0519, but we are too lazy for that Note2: a little bit tricky to get here from Venice ME station, might as well just take train to Venice SL and take the 53E bus (the timetable is attached)

Nothing to be complained of really

The breakfast and the room balcony.

Thin walls and door that let you hear every little noise. The first night there, we were woken up by a woman running up and down the hall way screaming, thought she was in danger. Turns out that two of the people she was travelling with were fighting in the room she was checked in. Long story short, they woke up the whole floor. We all (tourists) went to their room to stop the two fighting. And then called the reception. Not a great way to spend your first night Venice...

Abundant breakfast each morning, with a good variety of foods. Includes eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, croissants, coffee, juice and others. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the bus station, however please note that the frequency of the buses is around 45 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to Venice. The staff are very supportive, they even sell bus tickets at the reception and can advise you on bus times and attractions in Venice.

Everything was according to the price paid.

Good place to sleep in a quiet area, good value for money. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice breakfast in a spacious place (bread, scrambled eggs, eggs, cheese, ham, sausages, bacon, biscuits/crossoints, cereals, milk, yoghurt, fruits). Bus to the centre every hour, it takes 20min

Lack of electric kettle anywhere in the hotel- hot water only available for 1E from a coffee machine at the lobby (free only for breakfast) No vegetables for breakfast Beds and pillows are very hard Luggage ramp behind the hotel- hard to find it when you arrive but it exists Nothing to do in the quiet suburb but all the attractions of the city centre are short bus ride away

Clean room, great breakfast, nice staff.

As in other ratings, it was a bit harder to get dinner in the area. But we got great dinner tips at the reception (plus one local bar just around the corner served food until 22:00). Others were also mentioning paper-thin walls. It was possible to hear people in the hall outside the room, however during our visit, other guests were respectable, so… no problem at all ;-)

We like the location. Venice is a very tricky town to visit. The bus connection was good and right on time. We had breakfast which was an excellent start to the day. The staff is the most valuable thing in this hotel. they are really helpful and friendly. There is enough parking which is very helpful.

The parts of the room the guest are using were clean but the lights, window, and door were not. The hotel was closed the next day. The bed is too hard. The bed duvet is not sanitizing. It should be a different kind not just a clean sheet with a blanket that is not changed with a new guest. The breakfast was poor or we are spoiled and not used to sweet breakfasts. We like omelets and eggs in every possible way.

Excellent location, the bus stop that takes you to Venice is right in front of the hotel (takes about 20 minutes to reach Venice by bus).Whole day untill 12am at night you can find the buses. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful.There are luggage storage you can keep your luggage before and after checkin and checkout. You can buy one day and two day pass for buses and boats as well from the reception.This is the perfect place 10/10 I would rate.

A very good location for those who do not want to live directly in Venice. The price for accommodation is very pleasant. The bus to the center of Venice stops right next to the hotel. They do not use quilts for covering, but a sheet with a blanket.

The refrigerator/mini bar did not work in the room.

Perfect location if you are going to take a ferry as part of your travels. Excellent breakfast,friendly staff with great recommendation for evening dinner. Underground parking which is great if youhave a car full of personal belongings. Great information for getting into the centre of VENICE. Bus stop close by.
