Excellent location close to the city center and train station. Large, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly and polite staff.
No extra amenities like a kettle to have a cup of tea. You can ask for it at reception, but you will pay extra for it. At breakfast, the system of waiting to have coffee served by the receptionist is slow, they should install the coffee machine on site for self-service.

The location in Biella was fairly central and easy to get to from the periphery. The breakfast was perfectly good without being exceptional. The pleasant surprise was how spacious the family room was, and how spacious and well equipped, and styled, the bathroom was. The underground car-park has a lift, which is handy.
A mild negative is a lack of restaurant, although there is a good one two minutes walk away.

Friendly, helpful staff who went to extra effort with our inquiries for information. The bathroom was wonderful. Clean and spacious and well set up for wheelchair users.

Overall well equipped old style hotel with modern fittings, very clean and quiet. I was on the road, very tired, found this fine place by chance, had a good rest.

Overall good hotel, with large and very quiet room (I booked a single room but in fact there was a large bathroom and there single beds), plus a rich breakfast included. The only flaw was that I believe I found some hair (I don’t think it was mine) in the sink, upon my first use of the bathroom). Otherwise, everywhere was pretty clean. Good quality breakfast with ample choice of pastries and cakes
