With this apartment we found absolutely perfect space for our family. Very nice, clean, comfortable house with extremely warm hosts. The parking spaces are super cool, they saved us any troubles to find correct and enough space to park our car. The house was very quiet and warm for the cold winter nights. An excellent breakfast with even more than you need and able to eat. Our daughter loved everything over there and if some day we have the chance to come back to Verona will pick up the same place for sure. For Verona you can read in internet everything, I can only recommend en extremely nice restaurant nearby Arena di Verona, which is called Nastro Azzurro and also for kids between 3 - 12 years old - CMV (Child’s museum Verona).

It was a very good choice for accomodation near Verona center. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was nice and private. Parking is free in the street or the neighbourhood, just try to find the marked parking space.

Our room was on the upper floor, a bit too many stairs which was not the problem for us,. The room could have a bit more light. And I would suggest to take your own slippers since it can be cold on feet for someone.

We liked everything. The the owner (lady) was very kind and helpful. the hotel room was generously spacious, with a nice bathroom. the house is old, but nicely preserved with beautiful, probably original tiles in the rooms. Breakfast was sufficient. We had parking in the garden, so we didn't have to park on the street, which made us happy. All in all, we have only good memories.

Everything was good!

The proprietor Manuela is a darling. We were very well taken care of. The rooms are very nice indeed. The breakfast consists of all you could ask for. The hotel is located close to the city centre. It took us around 15 minutes to reach Ponte Vecchio by foot and another 10 to Julietta's balcony. You can easily park your car outside on the street or on Manuel's driveway/patio. Don't worry if you get parked in by a little yellow Fiat. It's Manuela's, and she will happily move it in good time before you leave :-D.

I had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel very personal and pleasant. The location was perfect—conveniently situated and easy to explore the area. Additionally, the cleaning was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed at. The interior of the house is amazing, very spacious, beautifully decorated with many authentic pieces preserved. The host was so nice and helped us with everything, this place is truly one of a kind! It's a walkable distance from the city center and the main sights, yet easy to reach by car. You can park your car inside, but there's limited space so be sure to ask beforehand.

Nice place to stay, in an old estate house. Very nice host, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Good breakfast, good parking facilities

Not a big issue, but it’s not close by to the historic center. You can walk (a bit more than 2 kms) or take the bus and walk from the train station

We stayed at the property for bed and breakfast and both was great - comfy beds and tasty breakfast with a suitable number of options. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower had sufficient pressure.

We booked a double bed but got joined twin beds - but it was only a minor inconvenience. Also the person who greeted us didn't speak English, but we still managed to communicate everything that was needed. :)

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the lady in charge of the property, Manuela, was very welcoming and hospitable. She had no problem with organising a place and supplies for us to iron our clothes and prepared a delicious breakfast for us each morning. The location of the property is ideal, many bus stops surrounding and so a quick ride to the city centre.

The breakfast was fantastic - tasty and beautifully presented with a wide choice of food and drink. The location was a little far from the railway station and centre, particularly on a very hot day. It is worth buying a bus ticket on the Verona bus mobile app. One ticket allowed us to travel from the centre to the B&B, pick up our bags and continue to the railway station on the same ticket - I would recommend doing this. We walked from the B&B to the dentre, which was fine, since the route took us past the San Zeno church, which was well worth seeing and which we might have otherwise missed.

Only the location, but with the money saved for such a good place to stay this was not a big deal. Take public transport to the centre or station and it is fine.
