- The room was exactly like advertised on the website 🙂 Nice bed, really comfy. Lovely room layout. I liked that they had one long counter table and another small table with chairs. Nice air conditioning in the room too. - It was really handy that the room had a kettle and a refrigerator, and they provide free water bottles. - The bathroom was nice too and there was lots of towels. - A lovely breakfast buffet which was really delicious and filling. - There was a on-site bar/coffee section.

- The blinds to the window was were hard to open. As a result I ended up keeping them closed. - The bathroom amenities such as the soap and shampoo could’ve been nicer.

We had good breakfast with many options. The beds and room were very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers additional amenities like the spa and wellness for an extra charge. The area the hotel is in is quiet and the room can be made very dark because of the shutters, which help keep it cool and create a good night’s sleep. The staff at reception were helpful and kind.

We had a really good stay, so only two minor minor points could have been better. One of our windows seemed difficult to close fully, so it let in a bit of noise (which wasn’t a problem until one night, when there was a thunderstorm). The final thing was that some of the staff were a bit curt.

Very clean hotel. Big room and big bathroom. Great room temperature. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. They were cleaning the room everyday and they were refilling the fridge with water. Overall a nice experience to live there.

The bed was an old wooden squicky bed. The pillows were not very comfortable. During a thunderstrom water was coming in through the window. The elevators are old and don't feel super safe. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to the historical center of Verona where everything happens. If I would go back, I would choose to live somewhere closer to the center.

Good location, good layout, nice restaurant onsite. Breakfast spread is great. Property is well-managed and maintained. Pictures are accurate, along with all the other information. Getting to old town is an easy 15-20 minute walk from hotel. Nice shops and food options in the vicinity.

Other than their rather inflexible cancellation policy for prepaid bookings (I inquired about canceling/rescheduling my due to a family emergency where I was), I have no real complaints. However, COVID is still a thing and can still mess up people's travel plans. The hotel needs to remember that and try to work with guests. Fortunately in my case, I didn't have to cancel or reschedule and was able to keep my dates so all was ok.

Stopped for two nights while driving through Italy. Great underground car park 10 euros per night. Decent size room, clean, comfortable, good wifi, decent lighting. Good TV. Good breakfast, good selection of cereals and even had seeds and fresh honey on the comb. Coffee only ok, from a machine. Not a pretty area but only a 20 min walk into the old town. Very good value. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stop again. Verona is beautiful.

Bathroom a little small, no curtain on the shower so had to be very careful not to get water everywhere.

Breakfast was amazing, wide offer and really early start time for breakfast, which was nice. The room was comfy, quite spacious, and smelled really good every time we came back to the room, don't know how they achieved that, but good job :) Great location, with a 20-minute walk towards the city center, and really big parking which is also very useful.

The noise isolation was quite poor, from both outside of the hotel and just the hallway, especially given that everything else about the room was really good. That was the only thing that bothered me in general.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Got a free parking, the receptionist was really kind and provided us with all the information we requested. The room was spacious and clean and left nothing to be desired (except maybe a shower curtain over the bathtub). The hotel itself is situated approximately 2km from the city centre so it's an easy half-an-hour walk to the arena and the rest of Piazza Bra. The breakfast was really decent and the staff was polite. We were very satisfied and will certainly come again.

Verona is close, some walk of about 20 minutes and you are in the very heart of the city. Quite an OK hotel to spend the night. You have the option to pay and park in the garage, but you also have parking that is free, and part of that parking is also covered (I recommend).

Returning to the hotel late at night is not very pleasant - when you leave the strict center the streets are quite empty and it is not a very pleasant feeling, although we really didn't have any problems.

It is a good hotel with parking, very good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Arena was really a 20 min walk through nice streets, good surroundings. Very pleasant was the bar service at 2 at night after you came home thirsty from a performance in the arena. All in all it was a good choice.

'Back to 90ies' in-style interiors throughout this cosy hotel ! Clean rooms, comfy beds and exceptional amenities. Sound and light proof windows/curtains in rooms. WiFi works well. Quality and sufficiently diverse breakfast. Parking area is spacious. A couple of good cafes and restaurants with genuine food are nearby. Located close the old city so if you're up to a refreshing 2 km walk via some historical blocks, you won't need a car. In general, hotel is maintained very well and offers fair service for the price asked. A place worth staying in again.
