Breakfast buffet, with a very good selection on offer, in my humble opinion something for everyone. plus you weren't rushed when you got too it when time was short.

It was the last minute reservation after our first choice was cancelled, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in the residential area providing excellent public transportation to the city center, good supermarket round the corner and silence at night. The staff of the restaurant is very attentive, there is a wide choice of local and international options for breakfast. The room was located on the upper floor meaning no noise at night at all. Beds were spacious and excellent towels were provided.

The reception could have more information regarding public transportation from Arena Opera at night: we found night buses ourselves:)

The room was clean and of a good size, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful also accommodated my dietary needs. Overall an enjoyable stay when I had missed the last train and needed somewhere last minute.

I had a huge room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and equipped. There was a small garderobe for clothes, and also a small fridge. The breakfast was great! There is a supermarket just at the hotel and the bus stop is nearby.

The room has a very strange smell. It is impossible to get rid of it by airing. The room has no coffee or tea-making equipment (kettle), it would have been useful. It is quite far from the city centre but despite the distance, we always walked as it is very easy to find the way to the old town. In 20 minutes, you are already at the city walls and from there, it is worth walking, the view is so nice everywhere!

Perfect breakfast, also fresh vegetables were available. Comfortable parking. Food shop right next to the hotel. Bus stop to city centre near the hotel (eventhough I generally hate public transport, it was surprisingly easy to use it here in Verona). Staff with perfect English. PS: Some people say that the furniture in this hotel is dated. So what? It's clean, and in perfect working order.

No information about parking fee before arrival. We expected parking to be included in the price, but it wasn't.

The breakfast was fantastic and full of options, the beds where super comfortable and the room was spacious and had a lovely view! The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The pillows could've been better and the shower was not terribly spacious.

The room was spacious and the staff accommodated our request immediately so that was really good.

The room temperature changed from very hot to cold during the night. There was a thermostat but it didn’t seem to work properly. Also the windows blinds didn’t work properly

The property whilst a little dated is very clean. Shower is fantastic, water pressure is amazing - something which is unusual in hotels I find. Staff were fantastic, really helpful & accommodating.
