Good location, bountiful breakfast and clean room.

I used booking.com to reserve room 4 months ahead and received confirmation. A few days later, I received message telling my credit card was rejected. I checked with my credit card company and they confirmed there was no rejection and I can try again. Still, the owner rejected. I used another card and was rejected again. Then, the owner canceled my reservation. Then, I rebooked again using the same credit card and it was confirmed. The only difference is the price is 30% more expensive than my original booking. The shower stall is really small.

This room felt like something you would find in Venice with it's decor and coloring. Older building but well appointed, comfortable and in a superb location. Yes, the breakfast is the star here! It is truly incredible and delivered to your room. AC worked well. It is on a busy street but with the large balcony doors closed, it is quiet. Staff excellent and helpful, especially with the city orientation. We did not have a car so I cannot comment on parking. Communication is very good via email or Whats App so one can coordinate check in. Highly recommended.

Small shower but one must understand the logistics to convert some of these older buildings. TV didnt seem to work at all but we were not there for that. I should have made a note to the staff.

Apsalutly everything was to like,the staff are so very friendly and welcoming,we loved our room with the balcony and patio with the lovely flowers. Dining alfresco in the morning,devouring the most enjoyable breakfast,it was such a relaxing break.The bed was amazingly comfy,spotlessly clean and fresh with sparkly diamonte cushions .It was just a perfect place for a peaceful break,wish I could of stayed longer.we will be returning again for sure.Excellent location for everything.Loved verona and veronetta house is a Real True Gem of a place xx Thank you to all the staff you are the best Victor for finding me a Samsung charger😉 xx 😎🤗

Nothing to dislike at all

Veronetta House is a charming, historic B&B with fantastic, helpful and friendly hosts and a generous good breakfast delivered to your room. The location is perfect, a quiet residential area that is within walking distance of everything in the delightful old city of Verona. We were even welcomed by a neighbor when we arrived and had a nice conversation. Stefano arranged a very reasonable car service to pick us up and take us to the train station. Excellent WiFi. Staying her was like being a guest in someone's home. Stefano marked up a map for us and we ate at restaurants he recommended for local, non-touristy food. Our room had a flower filled large balcony and the weather was warm enough to enjoy it. Verona is a delightful city.

The room is beautiful, clean, romantic and splendid with aircon! A must during the Italian summer. Good clean bathroom and generous amenities. The host was so helpful friendly and informative and was kind to let us check in early. The location is excellent and so close to the center and all the attractions. Our room had a balcony where we ate such a gorgeous generous delicious breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Really felt we were in Italy. La Dolce Vita.

I hate to say it because everything else was perfect but unfortunately the only thing i want to criticise is the actual bed. It looks lovely, huge headboard but think the bed is too hard and was uncomfortable. Didn't have a restful sleep

I very rarely get impressed by the places I stay, but this place really exceeded my expectations and is worth 10 points! Starting with very friendly welcome, the hosts have also made suggestion of places what to visit and where to eat in the city. They give you the city map and give recommendations. The room was really spacious and great, the bathroom very well equiped with toiletries. They also have water and snacks from the minibar for free, as well as tea and coffee in the room and the prices in the minibar are very reasonable. In the common rooms they have fresh flowers (during our visit it was lilies and chrysanthemum) and the breakfast is so delicious and prefect. Also, most of the sights are of walking distance and you can make a nice evening stroll at the river. Stay with them and you don't have to regret anything!

Very cute and cozy room, close walk to the center of town. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room.

I am sensitive to strong smells. There was a very strong odor of perfume in the room. It was almost unbearable for me and it did not clear with open windows. Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay. But again, I am sensitive to perfumes and this would likely not be an issue for most people.

It was one of the best places we stayed in, and we stayed in quite many :) great price - quality balance. Beautiful room in a beautiful area, decorated with style and good taste. Very helpful stuff - we were able to leave our luggages earlier upon arrival. And the breakfast and the way it is served to your room … just amazing ! Thank you very much, we will remember this place for a long long time and are already planning to come back!

Everything was absolutely great! The communication, both in advance prior to my arrival and during the stay was excellent and everything was clear. The property is very charming and well kept. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The location itself is perfect - very close to everything you would want to see in the city. I used their pick-up service from the station, too. My suggestion is to use it to save yourself from trying to figure it out on your own. Oh and breakfast is amazing! Overall, a very pleasant stay that I definitely wish lasted even longer! If I ever go back to Verona, I know where I'll come back for my stay. :)

we loved the room and the balcony. The location was excellent very easy to get into the main part of Verona. The breakfasts were amazing just what we wanted to get us setup for the day. We also got a useful map and explanation when we arrived of where things were

we were given a map of a few recommended restaurants in the area. It was a pre-printed map. We took one of the recommendations on it and it was very disappointing. the food was very average and a bit of a tourist trap.
