The B&B is located close to the Central Station of Verona (8-10 minutes walk) which is easy to reach from the Airport (bus line 199, about 15 minutes). You can easily walk to the old part of Verona in about 10-20 minutes depending how fast you walk. My room was very clean and spacious and equipped with air conditioning. There is a nice little garden you can sit in for breakfast or simply read a book. Martina, the owner, is very nice, friendly and courteous. When my flight was cancelled she answered me right away via WhatsApp and also offered me a pillow to take to the opera to sit on the steps of the Arena.

Nice place 20 minutes walk from the center of Verona. The room was nice and everywhere clean. We spent one night there as a stopover on our way home. If we wanted to stay longer in Verona, this place looks like a great base for a longer stay. The communication with the owner worked excellently and all was without problem.

Minor maintenance repairs are required in the bathroom and the entrance door to the room. Parking was on an open public road. If someone is promoting parking I expect it to be behind a locked gate to ensure safety and not on an open area of public road.

This was perfectly located, walking distance to town. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a beautiful private garden to relax in the shade in. Our fabulous host Martina went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb. This place is better than 10 out of 10!

Throughout Verona and Venice in the Summer, we have discovered mosquitoes everywhere in the evening and night. Remember to take insect spray on your Italian travels if you want to relax outside! Martina has aircon in the rooms so sleeping is no problem.

The location is perfect for traveling to other cities as well, because it is close to the main station (we went to Bologna and Lago di Garda with train). The walk to the city centre is short and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful, they enabled us to have an early check-in and we could also leave the luggage in the hotel until our bus in the late evening, which was very nice.

It is located near a train line, so if you are a light sleeper take that into account, however I did not have any difficulties sleeping :)

The bed and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable! It is comfy, nicely decorated space on a good location so from our experience it is really good value for money. Staff was helpful and we got clear and easy instructions for self check in. The railway for a fast train was next to our balcony, but there was absolutely no sound, which is really great.

Enverthing was good. We could mention that they use some kind of oriental scent air refreshener (maybe burning sticks) which could be a little bit too much until you get used to it.

The location is approximately 7 minutes on foot from the main station, which is exactly what we wanted considering that we were travelling by train. The host was nice and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in the house after check-out. The room was newly renovated and clean. The house has a nice garden to have breakfast or a snack. We would come back.

The station is really very close, co the trains passing by could be heard during the night, but for me it was nothing to prevent me from coming back to the place.

The room was air conditioned and that was very helpful in this hot weather. The kitchen was equipped with everything one needs. The host was always available through whatsapp all the time for any query. The location was great, the main train station was within 8 minutes walk on the left, and the city center was 10 minutes walk on the left.

Everthing was great except the washroom which didn't have a lock, you could not lock it from inside, there was a lock on the door whoch could be accessed from both inside and outside.

The landlady's attention was wonderful. She allowed us to store our luggage in the living room before check-in time and after check-out time, so we could enjoy the city more peacefully. Very well located, about 10 minutes walking from the train station and about 15 minutes walking to the Verona arena.

We regret not having booked breakfast (10 euros per person). Everything looked delicious. Make sure you decide to eat breakfast in advance, no later than the night before.

Location was great. We went to city center on foot, it's only 1,5 km fromproperty. We were there with two children 6 and 4 year old and even they walked this without problem. In front of the house there is good public parking. We stayed parked there from 14:00 to 14:00 next day without paying, there wasn't ticket or any problems. There is joint kitchen where you can drink coffe or tea. It's clean. We had shared bathroom, it wqs pretty good and clean.

Good location- a short walking distance from Puorto Novo train station. 20 min.walking distance to Arena di Verona. You can take a bike from Verona bike station to reach all the important places (a notice- Verona bikes are working until midnight, so you must take another transport to return to Magnolia. Or to walk🙂). Very kind and helpful host. She Was very helpful with my late arriving/ early departure. The inner yard of guesthouse is special treasure for a short coffee break or some glas of vine in the late evening. The air conditioner is a real relief. If you are not afraid of train noises or a shared bathroom, this place is for you. All is sparkling clean. There's no elevator here. I would gladly stay here again.
