Located at the train station yet you couldn't hear the trains. A super spot to stay if you are in Verona. A quick walk to the bus and then you are into town and all the sites. Very good breakfast and nice staff. Would use it again if I was in Verona. So good to walk off the platform and there it is, when you are dragging luggage. The bathroom was nice too

There are no views because it is at the train station but the bus stop is so close you just get on it and go into town to see all the cool stuff. The bed was a little hard but it didn't stop a good night sleep and I woke up feeling good

The location is very ideal, right beside the main train station. There is a passage through the train station (platform 1 and follow the signs to the hotel). Bed and pillows were comfy. The room was quiet even though the hotel is beside the train station. Room is spacious. The arena and other tourist attractions are about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is ample if you're not looking for anything fancy. Shout out to Sampat at reception!

We wish there was a hook or something to hang your bath towel in the washroom. Complimentary bottled water would also be nice.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very big and comfortable. I liked the breakfast on their porch. The coffee was great and a nice variety of options for food. The staff was absolutely amazing. Sanphut was so friendly and attentive he made our stay it's very best. The hotel has luggage lockers which made our travels so much easier to store our extra large backpacks until we could check in. It is very quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

It's location at the train station and away from city center is the down side but they work very hard to make up for that. I still enjoyed the walk into the city center which is only 15-20 minutes.

Was an excellent location especially for travelling to different locations on train. Literally right at station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sampath was lovely and friendly, spoke excellent English and made you feel very welcome. Will definitely consider staying here again.

As a solo female traveller, I was bit anxious walking to hotel thru station especially at night. My only criticism was the shower cubicle needs regrouped, it looks dirty which I know it wasn't as everything else spotless. Also if you have long hair hairdryers are awful. I have short hair and after 2 mins the dryer cuts off for 2 mins to cool down. Advise taking own.

Location is very good if you need to be close to the train station. It has a nice terrace. The staff is very kind and helpful.

This is a message for the hotel management. We booked 3 rooms - 1 of them was on 2nd floor and everything was good in terms of comfort and cleanness. However, the other two rooms which were situated on the ground floor, we’re a bit dirty and had some ants. The staff (kind short blonde lady) was very kind and tried to give us another room in return but there was no availability. They also used a spary for insects in the room but it was not very useful. They also ofered us a bottle of wine as an apologize.

Perfect location for someone who plan to move to different places by train. Train station is next to the hotel, you even have easy access to it from platform 1. There is about 20 minutes to the city centre of Verona by foot or you have bus station next to the train station so you can get there in few minutes. Hotel itself is small but cosy. Room was modern and very clean. Bed was full size as requested (not two single beds connected together like in many different hotels). Breakfast was more than enough and you had some vegetables too which is not common.

We needed some extra towels and they were provided straight away. Breakfast was simple but with a variety of choice and the staff member assisting with the breakfast was very friendly and helpful with caring for the customer’s needs. It was an enjoyable stay.

Our room was right next to the door that opens into the area where the guests rooms are, so every time that door was pushed open, it was noisy and sounded like someone was opening our room door! The glass shelf for putting soap and shampoo etc in the shower cubicle must have broken and therefore was missing. They hadn’t replaced the shelf so it was very annoying as there was nowhere to put soap or shampoo when having a shower. Location wise even though it was close to the station, it is not close to the town centre.

The location could not be better for us as we wanted to minimize carrying our luggage during hot summer days. From the tack number one inside the train station, it was very easy and short walk to the hotel following the signs posted. Our room was very quiet for relaxed sleeping. The room was maintained very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good enough for us and the americano coffee tasted excellent. We took a public bus to the arena for operas twice. The operas were not over till around 12:40 am and we walked back to the hotel without difficulty.

The curtain in the bathroom did not appear to block view from outside at night as it was see-through thin.

Breakfast selection wasn't great - the hotel could make a bit more effort here The last part of the walk back to the hotel was a bit lonely - might not be so nice for a solo traveller. We never felt in any danger, but I could see that some people might feel uneasy The air conditioning in the room can only be switched off by the Receptionist - so if you don't want to sleep with the aircon on, you'll need to request Reception to turn it off for the night

The twin room was spacious enough for us and the bathroom was nice. The hotel was very modern overall. Good continental style breakfast with bread, different cold cuts, croissants, yoghurt and good coffee. The location was great, you just need to follow the info you get from the hotel in an email. The hotel is located on the side of the Railway station but you need to go around the corner. We needed a place with good connection to the train and airport . The AirLink airport bus leaves from the front of the railway station. Location was also good for sightseeing. It was about max 20 min walk (1.6 km) into the Citta Antica (old town).
