We had comfortable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. A Pot was damaged but I called the reception about it and they promptly sent a new pan. Location feels little interior, river view, cab to centre (approx 2 km) costs 10 euros. Enough free parking available.

Clean, big room. Location was good for our purposes and bus went close by to city centre. Breakfast was fairly basic but as expected and good.

Beds were hard :(

The apartment was spacious and very clean, perfect for a family or group of friends. The kitchen had enough pots, plates, cups and cutlery for a short stay. The bathroom was very nice with more than enough towels and toilet papers. I liked that we could order food (through a delivery app) and have it delivered to us even after midnight - which means that the location was very convenient for delivery service too. There’s a bus stop 2mins away from the property which facilitates commuting to and from city center. Both the neighborhood and the property were quiet and safe. As for staff members, although a particular one came off a litte rude and not very welling to help, Irene A. on the other hand was the nicest, most cheerful staff member you’ll meet. She was extremely helpful in every single aspect, like when we had an issue in the room or inquired about certain things regarding the laundry room, gym etc, or even when we requested suggestions for activities, attractions or restaurants in Verona. If I ever come back to stay in this residence or recommend it to someone else, it’d be thanks to her.

Despite having a nice balcony we couldn’t really enjoy it because our neighbor kept smoking weed all night long! I don’t understand how that’s allowed but maybe weed is legal in Italy I’m not sure. The washing machines were faulty when we used them but at least we got out money back. Either way I think that 5€ per wash then 4€ to dry is a little too much.

The room was spacious and clean. So too was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The large balcony was a bonus. Staff were courteous and helpful. There was a fairly good range of foods for breakfast. The pastries were particularly nice. Parking: Free, private parking on site was a big bonus for us. The hotel was easy to find by car and the parking was very spacious - certainly by Italian standards. There is parking above ground immediately in front of the hotel or underground. Although a parking space is not guaranteed, we had no problem finding an underground spot at the weekend in peak season. Location: You can reach the old city in 35 minutes by foot - walking along the river (slightly less if you take a more direct route through residential streets). A taxi takes 5 minutes and costs around 12EUR. A bus - if you can interpret the routes and find the stops - is just 1.5EUR.

Some minor issues. The breakfast coffee is awful. Others have said the same. Management should take note. There is no kettle in the room (I think this is standard for Italy). Although we had no problem finding a parking spot on site, it would be better if this could be reserved. Location: You wouldn't want to walk back late at night. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with poor lighting, and we witnessed individuals acting suspiciously near the hotel on two occasions.

The apartement is well equipped, and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was as advertised on the website. The beds are comfortable. The balcony is large, but the view from the lower floors is not very exciting. Stone flooring is cold and a bit uncomfortable, but more hygienic than a carpet. In general the apartment is not very cosy, but it is perfect for breakfast, shower and sleep. The really interesting stuff is in the town, anyway.

Sound insulation of the building is poor. You can hear the sounds of flushing toilets, showers, up-down rolling of shutters, conversations from other rooms. Dog barking and tobacco smoke from the next balcony was sometimes a bit disturbing.

The apartment was very clean with most things we needed. Nice balcony, great air conditioning, good location.. Taxis to and from the town were about 12 euros and staff were happy to arrange them for us at the reception where there is also a bar. There is also a bus service although we didn’t use it. The local supermarket is well stocked and a short walk from the property.

We couldn’t get the induction hob working and I suspect that it was because there was no induction plate for the pans which was a disappointment as there was no kettle or coffee machine so we would have liked to have been able to boil water to make hot drinks or food. It wasn’t a problem for us because we bought our own breakfast from the supermarket and bought coffees up from the bar.

Modern, new property. Exceptionally clean. Very convenient to have a kitchen in the room. Very comfortable mattress. Quite location. Helpful polite staff.

Great location, in a quiet residential area so not a lot of food options to eat out nearby but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which linked to most areas in verona. 3 out of 4 staff members were lovely. Really helpful during checkin and before check in. A nice touch was to email to ask how we wanted the room to be set up, i.e. twins, double, did we need the sofa bed set up etc. Also really helpful with transport etc. Below tells why the 4rth was a bit obnoxious. The room itself was lovely, great shower, nice balcony to sit on, kitchen area had what a basic kitchen needs so great apartment.

Staff member on our final night was quite frankly rude. Sighed loudly when we asked him for toiletroll for the room. And made a huge deal about us asking for extra towels. He said "you have towels in your room and we don't provide room cleaning". I said this was our 4rth night and we weren't looking for our room to be cleaned, just some fresh towels and that as the advert on booking.com said this would be fine we didn't understand why he was getting annoyed at this.. He then took five mins checking when we had checked in as if we were lying, sighed again, and finally gave us two towels. It was really disappointing as the other man and two ladys at the reception desk at all other times had been super friendly and really nice.

Girls working in residence are overloaded. they are doing amazing job but 1 lady for reception and bar is too much to handle. also garden is huge and would be great if you place pool and kids area. you would attract much more guests.

Very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable room with all necessary facilities; first class. Staff at reception very helpful. Bus stop to centre very close to Residence. Excellent value for money. Location very quiet with view of river on one side. Highly recommended.
