I actually stayed from 29th Sept and extended to 7th October, first with my sister then later with my husband. The staff were exceptional and the suites were perfect. They went above and beyond and did a very nice presentation for my sisters "Pre birthday" surprise..They actually wrote by hand "Pre" on the balloons..I really appreciated the attention to detail. Their location is in a quiet but easy to get to with just a 10 min walk to centre and you get to walk over the river in the evening when going back and experience the beauty of the lights of Verona..Would definitely recommend ..

Nothing, It was great

This is what you might call a boutique hotel. The front desk is only manned part of the day and not the night. They give you instructions that if they have to come in the evening to let you in (forgot key, lost key, key demagnetized) it is a 100-200 Euro charge, so this produced some anxiety. The internet was good and the room great, with super AC. It is about a 15 minute walk to the town.

The breakfast had a bit of everything but in small quantities. The person who sets of the breakfast does not greet you in the morning, say hello, etc., so it would be nice to have a person there that represents the hotel well and not just a person who sets up the food and does the dishes. It is a bit hard to find the place and the street is narrow with few parking places to stop and look for the hotel. It is on the right when you turn onto the street, by the 2nd light post, if I remember right. Don't drive too far or you will have to back up on the narrow street.

The room has everything you need, big bathroom, fridge, desk, hanging space. The flat was also very clean. The flat has onsite parking and an elevator to get up to the rooms. The breakfast in the morning is great and had lots of options.

Wish it was a little closer to town or at least lower on the main street - the apartment is kind of on a hill. The parking was tight but convenient to have onsite. There's no ramp up to the main doors from the street level. If you have luggage, a stroller or find it hard to walk up steps, this accommodation may be annoying for you. Lastly, the walls are PAPER THIN. We literally could hear the TV in the room next to us, word for word. It must have been behind our bed, but we could also hear people in their rooms. If you have kids, or are a light sleeper, good luck trying to fall asleep.

Big, modern, quiet and comfortable apartment, in a new building, just a few minutes walk to the city center. Everything is new and of good quality. The apartment has a living room with a kitchen area, and a separate bedroom, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything necessary. We had a parking place in a garage close to the building. They also serve breakfast on request, but we didn't try it, as we preferred to go to the old city, where there are so many terraces and small coffee shops.

Location excellent. A very short walk to the centre of town. Apartment spacious, clean and modern. Staff helpful on arrival. Parking was added bonus as we had been travelling around the lakes prior to arriving in Verona as the last leg of our trip. I would say that the pictures on booking.com do not do this property justice.

Nothing we didn't like about the property. city tax was inaccurately described on booking.com.

Location is 10 - 15 minutes walk from old city. Breakfast is simple, but ok. Rooms are clean, and self check-in is relatively easy. Free parking in the garage is very positive and rare these days.

Some of the foods from breakfast were with expiry date. The rooms are clean and big, but with no additional details or equipment. Overall, it is ok, but with no any kind of personal touch.

Clean and comfortable rooms. OK breakfast, nothing fancy, but the basics were there and we've never felt hungry. The private parking space was nice and made leaving our rental car stress free. Anna at the reception was really friendly and helpful and always up for a chat.

The lack of wall sockets next to the bed made charging your phone a bit inconvenient. We've also had some trouble fitting the EU Type F plug into the sockets (outlets were made for the thinner Europlug). The room is missing a kettle/coffee maker. There is one in the common area, but that makes it a tiny bit less convenient. The A/C could be a bit less noisier.

- private parking for free - elevator - breakfast was ok, nothing special but still included - shower was good and with pressure water

- attitude of the reception girl when we made a comment about the room. Luckily hotel did not seem full, but it was exactly next to breakfast room. The excuse of there will be no noise was that people will close the door 😂. Come on… - room had no wardrobe and quite small for what you pay

The location was perfect, away from the noise of the center of town and only a ten minute walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. Also very close to a lovely coffee shop called Al duomo, we went there every morning for coffee and pastries. The room very clean with clean towels and bedding that were changed regularly. Also, the breakfast was very good. Cereal, coffee, pastries, fruit. We didn’t need anything else.
