The hotel is located in Old Vieste, up on the top part, overlooking an amazing view. The room is spacious and nicely designed with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast is generous and Rosa is always wanting to please her guests. Rosa is indeed the best host we encountered in our trip to Pulgia. She is very very friendly and charming. But Rosa for us is also an angel as she went out of her way to help us in a stressful time for us when our car broke down outside of Vieste at night. In short, we highly recommend her place.

Parking is limited though Risa offers a solution through her private parking place

The views from the rooftop are just amazing and the location is perfect to explore Vieste. The breakfast was excellent and the food you get in their restaurant is the best we had on our 2 weeks trip through Apulia. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The room is very beautiful as well.

The check-in Times are limited during afternoon. We arrived around 4.30 pm in the afternoon but check-in was only possible at 6.30 pm as nobody was available on the phone. I don't know how strict they take it usually, but as we arrived they had a family emergency.

Very beautiful, new and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly! Really good breakfast (Rosa, the owner prepares for you exactly what you want), with fresh and high quality food. I highly recommend the place.

Since there is a photo of a jacuzzi/hot tub on the main Booking.com page of reservations, we thought this was part of the hotel’s facilities available for everyone. However, we found that there that the hot tub was part of a private suite. So that was the only thing that made us a bit disappointed. All the rest is perfect.

This was unique and absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are so well kept and modern The bathroom had a huge shower and we got the Jacuzzi room This room has THE BEST VIEWS and also access to the balcony We really felt like we hit the jackpot! Breakfast every morning was a delight with homemade cakes and tarts We definitely recommend eating at the restaurant too! Wow! It's in a cave, the service was incredible and we receive a discount as guests Best start to our Italian adventure!

Great value for money. We were in room 1, which I think is the most modest of the rooms but a well designed, clean and welcoming retreat for when we were not out and about exploring Vieste and the surrounding area. Rosa is incredibly sweet as are her team and the breakfast every morning was a fresh and delicious start to the day.

I’m very pillow fussy and the pillows were a bit firm.

Location was superb with a flat, short walk to the B&B. Rosa is a wonderful host. Breakfast was fantastic...everything possible was available and mostly home made by Rosa. Rosa's peach jam was a special treat. The room and bathroom were modern, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located, very quiet and private. The terrace gave terrific views of the coast.

Rosa was extremely helpful with checking in and giving suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. The breakfast on the roof-top balcony overlooking the town was wonderful.

The only thing that would have improved our stay is to have had an extra day to explore Vieste and swim at one of the beaches. One day was lovely, but not enough!

Fabulous B&B, an all time favorite! The building was renovated in 2014 with great attention to details. The rooftop terrace is a great space, with gorgeous views, and breakfast prepared especially for the guest. Rosa is a gracious host. Her husband’s restaurant across the street, in a cave, is a MUST. We had a basic room. We should have splurged!

Breakfast was fantastic. The room was lovely and comfortable and the view from our balcony could not be beat!! The hotel is centrally located and you step right out into the old city!

We loved our breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning looking out across the sea and it was also a great spot for relaxing in the evening. Food was good and nothing was too much trouble for Rosa and her staff. Our room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed, fridge which had bottled water replaced every day, walk in shower, Wi-Fi, kettle & TV. Excellent location in Vieste old town
