the location was fabulous and the staff were very friendly, also there was a discount at a nearby restaurant serving very good food.

As the hotel was open I felt the swimming pool should have been too

The location is very good, close to the beach and city centre.

The pool was closed, and there was no information about it on Booking. I chose this hotel because of pool and jacuzzi facilities and it turned out that none of this was open. The hotel charges 20 euro per day for parking, while the public parking, just in front of entrance, is much cheaper - it was paid in week days 1 euro for hour or 7 euro for the whole day or in weekend 2 euro per hour or 10 euro for whole day. Public parking is paid from 8:00 to 00:00. I think that the price for just a room (without swimming pool or breakfast) is much too high. What's more, the staff was uninformed, the lady thought that pool is open, the young man told us that parking is for free and both these information were wrong.

the jacuzzi is old, and you feel like you are on a public balcony, the doors from the corridor open and there is no feeling of privacy. Ants, mosquitoes and spiders live in the room. There is no Wi-Fi, or there is one, but they didn’t connect it to us. The shower is very small. The price of this room is far from reality.

Parking is expensive with the hotel when street parking nearby is only €7 a day. The description of room said most rooms had a balcony which it looked like they did and infact the room facilities part of our booking had the balcony part ticked yet we had no balcony. we also asked if there was somewhere to dry our clothes and things from the beach as we didn’t have a balcony, however there was nowhere for us to dry them which was quite annoying. Upon checking out of the hotel and leaving for our drive home we were then asked to return to complete a payment that hadn’t been asked of us before. This was eventually sorted, however the conversation regarding this matter was very rude on their part.
